Perfect location. Beautiful apartment. Great aircon (a must for Cannes in Summer). Lovely little supermarket underneath. Lots of restaurants nearby.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a fantastic location with everything you could possibly want for a couple of nights, a week or the rest of your life! The host, Alexandra, has done a superb job of creating a place that you just don’t want to leave. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a great outlook out to the marina and over Rue Felix Faure, (the main pedestrian thoroughfare)from its 2 cute verandahs. Even though it is right in the middle of everything, once you close the double glazed doors at night, it is very quiet. There are lovely linens and towels, great appliances for cooking & a washing machine. It really is the perfect base in Cannes.
The only caution I could give is that to reach the apartment you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs which may be difficult with large or heavy pieces of luggage.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce bel appartement dans un immeuble ancien entièrement refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût situé au pied de la Croisette
Immeuble ancien donc pas d’ascenseur , 63 marches à monter ! Ce n’est pas précisé dans le descriptif de l’annonce
