About this villa rental
This home welcomes family or friends in the heart of Cannes-la-Bocca, a 10-minute walk from the waterfront. The house has been recently renovated and designed for maximum comfort. Each of the 6 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a furnished outdoor area. The neighborhood is peaceful. Public transportation is right nearby. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available.
The house is designed to accommodate multiple families. The kitchen was designed to be spacious and comfortable for multiple people to use at the same time. For example, there are two stovetops, private storage spaces in the cabinets and the refrigerator, and more.
The bedrooms are private spaces; there are six in total in the home. Each has its own private, adjoining bathroom, including a shower and toilet. Every bedroom is lockable.
Two security cameras (recording devices) are used in our home to ensure the security of the premises against theft, unauthorized access, or damage to property. All security cameras are strategically positioned so as not to interfere with our guests’ peaceful enjoyment of the property or their privacy. One camera is located inside the property in the entryway and faces the front door. One camera is located outside at the rear of the property and overlooks the gate and the backyard. During your stay, these cameras are active only between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. When smoking outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Noise disturbances are prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The house must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed, trash in the trash cans, and all furniture, equipment, and accessories returned to where you found them.
Additional cleaning fees will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.
A fee of €100 will be charged for any lost keys.
Pets are not allowed.

What can i say? I've been to Cannes a few times but our stay this time was the best I've ever experienced. Firstly the house is immaculate and Leo and his wife have really thought about everything for the comfort of their guests. Clear communication from Leo leading up to the stay with a good process for checking in/out. Very thoughtful hosts (even dropped off a toaster and some umbrellas for us during our time there!) and lovely place. Will definitely be back!
