Villa La Canada is a spacious Spanish villa with ample outdoor space, perfect for families and groups of friends on holiday. It boasts a large private outdoor pool, with plenty of loungers and seating for relaxing and large dining and living areas.
It’s situated in the quiet Valencia suburb of La Canada, but within easy reach of Valencia city – 15 minutes by metro and 20 minutes by car. Soak up the rays whilst experiencing proper Spain.

The property was excellent. Arrival went smoothly, using a lockbox that worked exactly as per instruction. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, including a large walk-in larder. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and very clean, with towels left on each bed, as well as plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo etc. There was also a cupboard with sun cream, toothpaste, spare towels etc. that was extremely thoughtful. The smart tv was a good size and there is plenty of seating in the lounge room. The gardens and pool area really set this property above others, with plenty of space to relax and a pool that is clean and great for lazing in as well as getting some exercise. We didn't use the BBQ area but it looks fantastic with a huge outdoor burner for cooking paella. Having an extra fridge freezer outside is also a very useful. The property is in a quiet residential area, with a metro stop, bars,cafes, restaurants and stores just 10 min walk away. The metro takes around 25 mins to get to central Valencia. We had 6 of us staying but it would comfortably sleep 10 people. I would recommend this villa!

Fantastic holiday property. Good transport links to town, great facilities, wonderful swimming pool. Could do with some cooker instructions but apart from that, everything was brilliant! Thank you.

A well kitted out and spacious villa with a huge pool which was a massive selling point of the villa. Nice, quiet location but nothing really easily accessible by foot. Fans in each room but lack of air conditioning made the rooms very hot and hard to sleep in. Lots of amenities and plenty of rooms. The villa was ideal for us as it was a party of 8 and we had hired a car. 25 minute drive into Valencia - without a car we'd have felt a little isolated.

The villa is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, i couldn't recommend highly enough.
The communication and check-in process was very easy and helpful, however, it is worth noting that this villa is far from the city taxi's are necessary as the metro does not run very often.
Also, it is worth being aware that the chlorine in the pool made the white in our swimwear green so it's best to wear dark colours when using the pool. Also because it was July, it was very hot so we struggled to sleep and ended up all sleeping in the lounge, but it didn't affect our time here.
Overall, this is a truly amazing villa and I couldn't recommend it enough, the facilities are terrific and the place is enormous!
