About this chalet rental
Excellent villa of 1000 m² plot with 340 m² built, distributed over two floors. Ground floor, large living room, dining room, kitchen with island and space to eat, pantry, garage at street level. On the upper floor 4 large double bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathroom and another bathroom with whirlpool for the other rooms. Porch of 70 m² with gas / city gas barbecue. Consolidated garden with lawn, palm trees, trees and swimming pool with gazebo.
The rooms are very large, with beds of 150cm and sets of sheets, towels, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and fridge / freezer.
In the pantry you will find the washing machine, dryer, iron and dishwasher.
The garage has a ping pong table.
Reception / delivery of keys to the client showing the whole house as well as indicating the operation of electrical appliances that is necessary with the whole house in perfect order and cleaning for use.
Once a week a gardener goes in the morning. (Modifiable)
The area is safe inhabited all year round and well communicated to 2 minutes by car from shopping center, town and motorway to Valencia.
Gym with indoor pool 10 minutes walk from the house for an environment among orange trees ideal for bike rides and running.
Metro stop at 50m. Direct line to Valencia

LA CASA TIENE TODO TIPO DE COMODIDADES PARA PASAR UNOS DIAS DE DESCANSO. EL TRATO DE LOS DUEÑOS MUY ATENTO.

Wir haben die Zeit unglaublich genossen!
Das Haus ist großzügig gebaut und sehr individuell und exzellent ausgestattet. Zu sechst hatten wir viel Platz innen und außen, wo es jeweils mehrere Sitzecken gibt. Die Palmen und der Pool sind ein Traum und verleihen dem Garten ein besonderes Flair. Wir fanden auch positiv, dass der Garten völlig abgeschirmt, also weder von der Straße noch von der Nachbarschaft einsehbar ist.
Die Vermieterin Maricruz und ihr Sohn sind sehr nett!
Wir empfehlen dieses Domizil sehr gerne weiter!

En general la casa está muy bien pero hemos tenido problemas. Las persianas son viejas y según el propietario hemos roto una pero la verdad es que estaba subida y en la primera noche, al ir a bajarla, ya no bajó. El problema es que después de dejar la casa, nuestra sorpresa es que nos quieren cobrar el arreglo de esa persiana, 115€!! No estamos dispuestos a renovar las persianas de la casa...
