The entrance hallway has a beautiful staircase where we were met by Jan who led us to room 3 at the front of the guest house which had a large bay window with view of the park. Its a lovely room and the bed was so comfy. Everywhere was Spotlessly clean. There was also a small fridge on the landing with extra tea/coffee/milk and bottled water if needed. The breakfast was excellent the bacon was the best we've had, good quality produce. Jan&Dean excellent hosts.
Parking can be a bit tricky if you have walking issues. It wouldn't put us off going again.

Lovely property in a great location, clearly well loved and looked after, right opposite the park and an easy stroll into the centre of Whitby and Harbour within minutes in one direction and likewise just a short walk to Sneaton Castle in the other. The hosts were lovely, super helpful and accommodating. It was the cleanest b and b we’ve ever stayed in and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back on a future visit.
