No soap at all in bathroom and no WiFi when we first arrived. I think you need a new photo of the location.

Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk and you were in the centre of Whitby. Hot, powerful shower.
The room needed quite a bit of TLC. Very tired looking. Bed not so comfy. The hair dryer didn't work properly on full power, sounded like it was going to blow a fuse. Shower tiles and grout needed a good deep clean and the radiator needs replacing or at least fixing, the top and sides are all loose.
