The location was brilliant and the staff were exceptional, includes gooked breakfast, we even re booked with them directly to go back in Sept 2026 too, highly recommend.

The breakfast was of poor quality and cold on the first day after complaining our second mourning was much better as there was only four in the hotel

All the staff were nice and very helpful.

Ok for a few days.
The hotel was well located for the town centre, bars, shops and the sea front. Breakfast was good, all you could eat. Also the carvery was good value for money. The bed was comfortable.
Room 10, was quite small. We were warned that the music from the bar might be heard in the room but this wasn’t a problem. However at 6.45 every morning the extractor from the kitchen fired up, the noise and smell from the fryer made it impossible to have the window open. I can’t imagine what it would have been like in summer! Room 10 and any above it should be closed and turned into store rooms!
