Wonderful location directly across the road from the bus and railway stations. Rooms are all doubles, as far as I could tell, so, not ideal for families, and as there is a pub attached to the hotel, probably not suitable for small children, or anyone not interested in karaoke and live music evenings. Apart from that, the rooms are smallish, but, nice comfy double bed, walk in shower, tv and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was quite good, plenty to choose from and all the staff were brilliant.

Good size room, spacious bathroom with great flowing hot water for showers. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. A full breakfast was available for only 8 pounds. If we wanted anything extra all we need do was to ask.

I requested a twin bed room but booking.com, which messed up the last reservation I made with them, struck again and changed that to a small double. The receptionist said he couldn't change the reservation either. The room was right on the main road and very noisy and,if we closed the window, horribly stuffy. We were so cross that we cut short our stay and came home a day early - if you can't sleep at night it's not worth staying! Would not recommend.
