Room was lovely and clean. Fan provided as it was a warm day, plus a hairdryer if needed. Tea and coffee facilities. Overall a bargain for the price on bank holiday!
The toilet was noisy and the bed was slightly uncomfortable (it was a metal framed bed rather than a divan that we are used to.)
If you struggle with stairs ask for the ground floor room as we had number 5 and there were 4 flights of stairs.

Great easy instructions to enter the property, lovely room clean nicely decorated, great location easy to get to, free parking cards for your stay, had a lovely time for partners birthday would visit again.

No breakfast. Location good in a quiet Road. 5 mins to whalebone & 10 mins to town
Bed a bit firm for us. Filling kettle impossible as wouldn’t fit under tap in tiny sink. Had to improvise
