It was find for two nights, very basic.
I wouldn't rate it for a long stay as it was very very basic and didn't have the most comfortable bed

After reading the comments after l had booked, l was dreading coming,
But l was pleasantly surprised,
The room was clean, l wouldn't go as far as saying it was a luxury room as stated on the website
The room was large with a large bathroom,
Bed was comfortable
The view was excellent overlooking the harbour and sea,
The fridge was a bonus
Near car parks
For what we paid for 2nights can't really complain too much.
We would certainly come back and have the same room,
We felt the room needed new flooring and in the bathroom,
Although the room was clean, the shower had mould on it,

Location fantastic. Space was excellent. No mythering from staff easy access via pin and password. Garden space
It was clean but needed a bit of extra in the bathroom behind the door and in the shower

We liked how close it is to the sea front..giod value for the money we paid..bed was clean and comfortable..
Phone reception was bad but same in most parts in whitby, no Wi Fi.. smell a little of damp but possibly because we were in the basement room..
The shower temperature knob wouldnt go to colder setting and bottom jet stopped working.. but was still adequate to use.. there is plenty of room for cases but not its really needs a wardrobe for hanging clothes
