Excellent location
No milk for tea/coffee in room. Arrived late after strenuous day, assume needed to request from bar but too tired to do so as needed to prepare for early start the following day

We really liked the quirky olde-worlde building and room layout, and the location in Whitby old town was perfect. Staff courteous and helpful at all times.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. Eggs Benedict was over cooked, on underdone toast. Toast order didn't arrive, and there was no juice offered, just tea and coffee (which took 20 minutes to arrive). Didn't bother on the second morning, sadly.
