Excellent location, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Stayed for the second time and would go back for a third.
The seagulls are noisy but that isn’t the hotel’s fault or anything they can ‘fix’. Part of the experience, I suppose!

It was quirky, evening meal and breakfast was plentiful and hot. Ample space in the bedroom. Clean bedding.
I booked a twin on booking.com but was a double when we arrived, nothing was done to rectify this.
The room was dirty and mouldy, ripped bath mats, streaky mirrors.
Restaurant and bar very dark but this was to go with the old building.
No hot water, excuse was "because your in the top room".
