Location was good - close to old town and west cliff sea front.
Bed was comfortable with clean linens provided
A ground floor room was requested as my sister struggles with stairs. Unfortunately the toom "Banks" was at the top of a flight of steep stairs which she found painful to both ascend and descend.

We only ended up staying until 3am Sunday morning partner took ill had to return home was gutted as have stayed in your property a few time always been happy with rooms.
There was nothing that we didn't like it was a great place right in the centre

The location was great as everything was about a 10min walk away. The cost was also affordable, especially as a solo traveller. The size of the room was decent. Overall not a bad stay for just a couple of nights.
It could have been a little cleaner. There was an odd smell in the bathroom and a few stains. Also the pillows were quite uncomfortable. A small hairdryer would have been greeat to have in the room.
