I had the most lovely welcome from reception ( night of 9th of October because I’m sorry I did not catch a name ) I arrived late and tired after work as this was a halfway point before moving on the following morning but I was cheered up and immediately felt looked after . This kind of hospitality is worth its weight in gold , kind and genuine .
Nothing , it suited my purpose and needs very well .

Lovely welcoming staff.
Top of soap dispenser was dirty and we only were provided with one bath towel (this has happened before). People having a loud conversation outside in the carpark when we were trying to go to sleep.
