Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable
The only fault was the location. As it was close to services only, it was super expensive to go to the shop or get food. There was nothing wrong with the actual property .

Shower pressure was great. Location was convenient to motor way. Great grassy area outside to run the dog around. Good size room. Meet expectations.
Careful of the extra charges. £5 parking (and who is coming here without a car?). £25 per pet. Especially if travelling with pets this isn't the cheapest option. It wasn't the cleanest.
