Very Helpful Staff and comfortbale beds in a lovely old Victorian hotel. Very spacious social areas even with a piano! Room very clean and comfortable.
No air conditioning plus you have to pay a lot for the limited parking. There is not a lot around the area without a long walk over the bypass

Excellent room very comfortable bed tasty breakfast very friendly and helpful staff. Would have been even better if they had a small fidge in the room. Was offered an additional fan on arrival without needing to askas it was so hot
A silly thing but would have expected a toilet brush in the bathroom but not a major issue

Beautiful old building, right opposite the station and the staff were very friendly
The rooms are SO hot. Boiling. No air conditioning. Window opened a small bit but not enough. Given a desk top fan but didn’t do much at all. Stayed 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned at all, no clean towels given. No new toilet roll provided. No bin in the room which seemed strange.
