Staff were really friendly & helped wherever they could. Food was good & arrived very promptly
On Saturday, the kitchen closed at 9pm - I hate being one of those people that order late or close to the kitchen closing but we had been out all day & didn’t get back to the hotel until 9:08pm. We had to get McDonald’s for dinner!

It's cheap and cheerful and has easy access to the A50 the restaurant has had a refurbishment but we didn't have time to try it
No Plug sockets by the beds to charge your phones and some high back chairs to sit in would be great

Location was ideal for Alton towers and plenty of food places for dinner plus fuel stations
So noisy! And the smell of smokers in the corridor right outside the bedrooms was awful! First night was so loud both me and my daughter were woken multiple times, we didn’t get to bed till midnight so not complaining about later night noise I am talking 2am, 3am and 4am loud noise.
