Overall stay is good

Food is very nice. The only thing that I would like to add in breakfast is the sunny side egg as I like them so much but all the foods I have eaten are all good.

Decent for a few hours kip after a night on the lash.

Room was clean, hotel reception was nice- the dining area looked nice however we didn’t have time to have our free breakfast as we had to leave for our train. Check out a was a nice and easy just put key cards in the box and went.

Room was 180 pound for 1 night, 3 people stayed in the room so worked out at 60 pound each which is a bit steep. There was 2 beds in the room, a double and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable however we only used hotel as a last minute option for a night out so I was drunk, so it wasn’t that bad.

The air con unit in room 130 was very noisy even though it wasn't on but Toby dealt with it very professionally in the morning as i couldn't sleep.

Staff were fantastic, really friendly and attentive. The facilities generally were great, everything we could have needed was there on arrival. It was a great experience.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Could be personal preference perhaps, but it was quite springy. Everything else was fantastic.

overall view hotel was exactly what i needed and location was excellent for accessing local event

breakfast was okay, better to get there early , busy in small area where it is self service

better organisation regarding seating area. no tables available when went to breakfast at two very different times of a morning whilst staying there. get to breakfast really early for quieter time and less hectic trying to get a table and self serving - people under each other's feet in food items area etc.
