The room was spotless and comfy. I marked down because we had been out and when we came back, works vans and none disabled badge holders parked in disabled parking bays and all full. I do have a badge. I complained and sraff hot a place and coildnt do emough fir use, but still norhing placed on windows to klet tgem know they where not permit to park there. What was saud it seems to happen all the tome

Hotel room given had lots of pet hairs around which I wasn't happy about. Shower ran lukewarm and cold water not as hot for a good hot shower. Breakfast was great though and staffs that attended to me were friendly.

Great room, really clean and comfortable. So I won't fault that. But staff were really unfriendly. Breakfast was a disaster. Staff gave my table away when I was getting cooked breakfast then left me wandering holding my quickly cooling plate of food whilst they tried to find a new table and failed, eventually they found and cleaned one. But then they blamed me for not leaving an object to signify I was at the table, my phone. If my phone had got stolen who would be to blame?

My bathroom stank of pickled onion monster munch the entire time i was there, and the aircon was so noisy i had to double up on my earplugs. The floor in the lift was also sticky with spilled liquid. When I went down for breakfast I couldn't find a clean chair or table to sit at (admittedly i only looked at a few but they could have all been given a wipe after they were last vacated). The staff were nice though.

Worst HI ive stayed in. Stayed as a family. Firstly you have to pay for parking. Which i understand for city centres but not this location. Check in was ok. Room was so small for a family room. Then the noise started, literally allnight you could hear people up and down the hall. We had an interconnected room and the room next door had a drunk man who was moaning and talking to himself all night. Then his 5am alarm went off for 15mins before i had to bang on the door. Then the same at 6am. Breakfast although says complimentary is part of the price. This was awful. Everything barely warm, hash browns not cooked, bacon rock hard and the sausages where shrivelled they had been out so long. The staff 3 off them just stood talking about there love life. 1st time I have ever complained at a hotel and the receptionist just said im surprised by the person next door as they are a corporate client and nothing else was said.

Room was comfortable in that heating was fully in our control also quiet....finding the hotel was tricky to say the least staff were efficient polite without being intrusive...dining options were very limited made worse when told only enough salad for ONE cesar salad in the kitchen when we ordered two although alternative offered and enjoyed..breakfast was good with options for all so overall a decent stay and would do it again ...just one more time
