The room was freezing as heating didn't work and kids had to sleep in there cloths . Room ok shower good hall way to room needed a good clean I presume hoover must have broken .

The car park management company fined me despite me paying for parking. I appealed but got no response. I contacted the hotel and asked for the manager to call me.. they did not. A member of staff said that they had cancelled the fine, and that they would email me… they did not. The fine… £60 is £100 if not paid in 14 days… in addition my leasing company fine me £75 as an admin fee to process the fine. This place is simply not worth the effort and hassle.

Pleasant reasonable size room. Parking available for £6. Friendly staff. Only disappointed with shower water pressure and grubby room carpet. However a good value for money stay.

For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite

The room was spotless and comfy. I marked down because we had been out and when we came back, works vans and none disabled badge holders parked in disabled parking bays and all full. I do have a badge. I complained and sraff hot a place and coildnt do emough fir use, but still norhing placed on windows to klet tgem know they where not permit to park there. What was saud it seems to happen all the tome

Hotel room given had lots of pet hairs around which I wasn't happy about. Shower ran lukewarm and cold water not as hot for a good hot shower. Breakfast was great though and staffs that attended to me were friendly.

The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were really nice too

Great room, really clean and comfortable. So I won't fault that. But staff were really unfriendly. Breakfast was a disaster. Staff gave my table away when I was getting cooked breakfast then left me wandering holding my quickly cooling plate of food whilst they tried to find a new table and failed, eventually they found and cleaned one. But then they blamed me for not leaving an object to signify I was at the table, my phone. If my phone had got stolen who would be to blame?

Reception weren’t the friendliest. They were fine but didn’t go the extra mile. I wasn’t told which way to go for my room or where the lift was etc. the hotel itself is very tired. I’d had a 4 hour drive and upon arrival I saw a sign saying there was no evening food which was disappointing. The corridors were littered. The carpets very dirty and worn. The room was awful. Dirty throughout. Stubble hair all over the shower walls. Kettle full of limescale. Beds were very old. The whole place just felt dirty.

Great overnight stay while visiting Alton towers staff at check in and breakfast were all very helpful. Good variety of options at breakfast. Room spacious and clean

The lighting in the room was inadequate it was very dim. The reading lights at the side of the bed were brighter but could not be angled very well. The heating fan clicked in every few minutes but was very noisy. This was disturbing during the night.
