Breakfast was excellent.
Friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Room was cold at times though heating was on. Did understand why though due to the shape and size of the room and struggled to sleep on first night. This wouldn't put me off returning but would book a different room.
Bathroom was modern but I feel an upgrade needed in bedroom with decor to match bathroom but each to their own. All clean and tidy.

Gwen and Lee run a beautiful B&B. As hosts, they were friendly but unobtrusive. Our room (room 8) was spacious and comfortable, with a clean, newly renovated bathroom. The highlight was the supurb full English breakfast each morning to start the day. Located up and away a short walk from the centre of town, we enjoyed leaving the car parked out front and walking down into Whitby each day, and it was a lovely place to retreat to in the evening. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend it to anyone.

The room was fabulous, very well decorated and absolutely spotless. Felt very much like we were at home. The bathroom was absolutely lovely!
The only thing I can even comment on was the duvet. I feel a thick luxurious duvet would have just fitted with the room better but it was still absolutely lovely and we slept very well!
