Friendliness of staff, location, room

We were too hot sometimes.

Lovely, friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Nice, substantial breakfast. The location was within relatively easy walking distance to the town centre.

Central location. Very short walk to shops and restaurants. Very helpful advice from one of the owners for on street parking.

Whilst the owner did confirm to me that the room was on the third floor and I agreed to this. However, I was surprised that the third floor was accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. The room was ok but the issues were with the bathroom. The toilet was under the roof slope and being 6 foot 2 it was very difficult to stand up and go to the toilet. The rest of the bathroom was ok. I did try to speak to the owners about this during my stay. I did wish to pass on these comments before I left on the Sunday but nobody answered the internal door and therefore I left the keys on the table without speaking to the owners.
