Great location but its a bit of a climb up and down to the town centre. Staff were excellent with great service and a smile. Breakfast was excellent again with good choices. The free parking was a bonus as spaces were at a real premium otherwise.
Shame nonpne around to meet and greet when you arrive... the personal touch.

Quiet location, yet central location. Large roomy bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Superb breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough for guests.

The room we had which was No 1 was light, airy and had a partial seaview. It was a very quiet property which was lovely after a day in town. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The owners very kindly gave us a paid 4 day parking sign which was much appreciated given the fact of the parking nightmare of Whitby!
It would have been nice if they had a fridge in each room, given the weather which was much needed for cool drinks. There should -could have been a do not disturb sign to put in the door, as we had a lie in.
