Host & Stay - The Langley Hotel

Perfect! Tastefully decorated and lovely and clean would stay again without hesitation 🫶🏻

Would have preferred a toaster instead of the coffee machine. Would be a great option to have scratch cards available to purchase for the parking through the booking process.

We wanted a short break in Whitby, and find an apartment is better than a hotel inn situation. We stayed in flat 12 which is actually in the basement, a small flight of stairs lead down to what appeared to be the freshly refurbished flat. The part that is yours is a large corridor behind a locked door which leads to your good sized private bathroom. Also off the corridor is a large room behind a locked door, this contains the kitchen bedroom seating area with table and chairs. There is a microwave, full size fridge and sink. No toaster but this is because there are smoke alarms all over the building. Although it was the basement there was a window at street level letting in natural light, there is plenty of parking but it does get taken in the evening. there is a carpark about 2 minutes away. Great flat well looked after and in a great location.

Parking was a pain sometimes but nothing that couldnt be sorted.

We had a great stay, but not restocking the toilet roll or shower gel was disappointing One toilet roll for a week for 2 people was a bit much. Also the same goes for 2 x shower gel pouches. Also having a microwave was good, but the coffee machine was unnecessary (didn't make sense either as we didn't have coffee pods.) A toaster would've been far better.

It was in a great location

The property is unattended by staff and everything is self service…which is fine and understood when booked…however we had someone gain entry into our room early one morning by mistake…not sure how their key worked in our lock…so security is questionable…
