Good bed and gym. The bakery goodies (pineapple cakes, nougat) at Nine on 1F was amazing.
Rude reception, room was not ready when I arrived so I had to come back. When I arrived after dinner with my luggage tag, the lady at reception was annoyed and snatched it out of my hands. No one bothered to show me to the room or have a warm welcome. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. No warm smiles but instead staring and unhelpful.
Saving grace was Sandra who helped to patiently check me in on the first juncture - she was polite, professional and explained delays well.
