Great facility and perfect for an authentic experience for my family in Kapan. Loved the ryokan, the yukata and the breakfast. One of our best stays in Kyoto. Definitely would come again and stay here more days!
Our room smelled like boiled cabbage. I think it came from the restaurant. Our other room was fine.

The room was spacious and traditional. I slept well. Everything was very clean. The onsen was lovely.

Pokoje są stare i wymagają renowacji, porysowane ściany, zużyte meble i stara łazienka, plamy na poduszkach krzeseł. Duża wilgoć i unoszący się nieprzyjemny zapach. W niektórych miejscach kurz który nie był sprzątany od bardzo dawna. Cena nie jest adekwatna do jakości, za te pieniądze inne hotele oferują o wiele wyższy standard czystości.
