Outstanding staff, great breakfast, very clean and good location.

Great location very close to the center and Sarca river. Also in general good location if you want to go hiking. Free parking in Arco due to staying at this hotel. Absolutely delicious breakfast which surprised me with variety. But above all the best was staff of the hotel. Everybody was incredibly nice, helpful and reaching out to meet the needs. Definitely choosing On the Rock made my stay in Arco even more memorable. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, would recommend.

Great location in the pedestrian area. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with a view. Charming boulder room to practice in rainy weather. And I love the paintings in the hallway!

We had some issues controlling the air conditioning - but solved them by simply opening the window. Perhaps a bit small rooms but this is what you get in charming old buildings.

Great hotel

The room was nice and modern, with a balcony with a lovely view towards the mountains. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

The air con didn't work, it was locked on 24 degrees and the room was very hot. The breakfast selection was quite limited, with not too many options.

Excellent location for exploring Garda north area. Paulo, the best ever attendant made the difference giving all needed assistance on his own lovely way of treating guests. Congratulations, from our 21 days traveling around Europe, 16 hotels, Paulo was the best attendant !

A little gem

We absolutely loved this place. Paulo was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the room was excellent. The facilities were fab and we would love to stay here again. We have absolutely no complaints.

Solid 3 stars. Very pleasant staff. Special kudos to customer oriented reception stuff who took care of all things with with room change and checked us out during non-working hours.

Breakfast could be more varied (e.g. include scramble eggs, bacon and sausages), but generally it's not a big deal.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - at the bottom of the rocks below the castle, in the Arco old town with good restaurants and ice cream places nearby. The room was very well-designed for 4 people, comfortable and spacious, very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. But the two best things about it were the delicious breakfast (excellent choice, good quality food) and the staff, who were always very helpful. Arco is a few km away from the Garda lake, but less crowded and with great vibes.

Perfect quick weekend stay!

The Rock was conveniently located in Arco. We stayed a night for the Garda Trentino Trail race and will definitely be back again. The beds were comfortable with memory foam and the staff very hospitable, even letting me check out late to take a shower after the race. 10/10!

We got an upgrade of the room with was a very large and comfy room. Very clean and modern, modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good, but only boiled eggs and no other hot food. The breakfast room was a bit small.

We did'nt find the hotel right away, because it is behind another building... so we drove past it and had to get back after a stroll in the dark... Parked directly in the big car park, because we did'nt see the entrance of the parking lot itself (which is in a non passage street and between to buildings in).

everything was perfect, the staff, the service, the parking next door, the room… and the breakfast was just amazing!

A good place to spend a couple of days. Helpful and joyful personnel.

We appreciated the fact that the personnel was very friendly and willing to help and always in a good mood. The place was very clean, in a convenient location, right in the old center of Arco. The breakfast menu was rich and contained all that you need in a morning.

We would have appreciated if the temperature in the room was a bit higher, cause we felt a bit cold during nightime. Also, the beds weren't very comfy (but decent).

Great location and services. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of high-quality food. The room was clean and spacious. Close to the hotel are many shops and restaurants. The path to the castle (a beautiful sightseeing spot) passes right beside the hotel.

Unmet expectations. We didn't sleep for a week due to bad mattresses.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The parking is very close. The breakfast is fresh.

Very sagging mattresses in both beds. Comfortable sleep, after a hard hike or climb, is essential in such active-wise hotel as "On the Rock". Unfortunately we didn't get a good sleep during our stay. The view from our room was just another window. During the weekend, the 'Gato Negro Pub' is noisy until 3 am.
