It's ok..

You can see everything without a car, great location, city center right there, Arco itself is really nice city. Also is important that this hotel is pet friendly, they take no charges for them and has a free parking - these are things that are rarely found in Italy. The staff was really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was ok. Its nice that they have wellnes area.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars - the rooms are outdated, as is the restaurant. The price per night is really too high, but most likely you are paying for the location of the hotel, not the comfort of the hotel itself. In my opinion, the hotel corresponds to 3 stars.

The room we had was on the 4th floor and was refurbished and was excellent although on the small size

Delightful surprise

It’s location was excellent…walking distance to excellent restaurants …very picturesque town…and I learned that the Lake Garda region is so much more than the lake…really enjoyed our time here…

the location was good.

The food is horrible Dinner was frozen food I didn't eat, waiter was nice he told me if I wanted another one but i was pretty sure it was going to be the same very oily. so i said no. I made a mistake I booked half board I will never book again half board I had to go out and outside to buy food. Toaster dose not toast bread I gave up after 3 rounds.

Perfect location, 2min walk from centre and beautiful balcony view

Location was perfect and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great bonus being given a code for the Mio Trento app which has some nice perks and insights for the area. The breakfast which was included had a decent selection and there was plenty there. Big thank you to Enzo, who picked me up from San Giorgio when it was thunderstorms and no taxi available, I am beyond grateful. Also Claire at reception was lovely but generally the staff at reception where quite nice.

I was on floor four which was quite warm all throughout the corridors and the room, air con is available but it was just generally quite stuffy throughout aside from the reception area. The single room was also a smaller than what it appears in pictures. The overall hotel could do with a little refresh considering the price.

we had a lovely time, and were looked after very well.

we were there for our golden wedding anniversary, there was a transport strike nothing was working. The hotel Director gave us a lift to lake Garda, they also gave us a bottle of cava and fruit in our room, and a bottle of wine at dinner time. they were very helpful. comfortable room.

Very relaxing, well maintained with excellent restaurant and good pool area

Quiet, relaxed environment especially around the pool. Property well maintained and well run - staff appeared to be highly motivated and enjoy their jobs. Restaurant was popular probably because very good value with a set menu offering four choices for each of three courses plus self service salad bar. The location is about four miles north of the lake, a few minutes walk into the town centre for bars, ice cream shops etc. Free bicycle hire allows you to explore the area on separate well maintained cycle paths including easy route to the lake itself.

Lifts are a bit basic/small which made it difficult with luggage, but there is a wide staircase

Small hotel, excellent helpful & friendly staff, free bikes available & good cycle paths locally, good location to visit Lake Garda. Arco town was pleasant in the evening . spent 3 nights as part of a 3 week tour.

WOW what a place... Clean Ang huge rooms and beds, Wonderful hospitality, Since we checked out in early morning they offered us a lunch boxes, and even made us coffee in 1 am for free Will come back for sure.
