Everything! Super clean! Great value. Good food! Actually it was amazing! We took the All inclusive plan and it was super good. We didn't make lunch however because always we were at the lake, but breakfast amazing and dinner too. Also you have an open bar after 12 which is pretty good... Beer, wine, sodas and water. It was very nice. The hotel has a place outside (a garden) beside the pool to drink something and talk. And the room was perfect and big!!! It is a very nice and peaceful hotel! We were worries before go when we read all the comments , but actually we were super surprised because we didn't find nothing bad! Good option!

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that is a little far from de Lake but we knew it before, so not really bad!

Nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und für alle was dabei. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort, daher ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das WLAN war in unserem Zimmer teilweise etwas schwach.

Personal sehr aufmerksam und service orientiert.Sehr sauber.Parkplätze gleich am Hotel.Sehr sauberer Pool.Lage mitten in der Stadt.Kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Wochenmarkt und Altstadt Zentrum.

Frühstück war überschaubar, aber ausreichend.Leider täglich gleich.

Soggiorno rialssante inmersi in un posto tranquillo

La struttura aveva un’ottima posizione rispetto al paese, molto curata e pulita, camere modernizzate e onestamente anche grandi. Il buffet molto ampio sia per colazione che per gli altri pasti, molto bello il fatto che abbiamo potuto portare la nostra cagnolina anche in sala colazione. Parcheggio abbastanza grande e ottima la possibilità di avere sia il noleggio delle biciclette sia il self service di bevande, con orari molto laschi.

Abbaiamo riscontrato la mancanza di una tenda bianca oltre a quella oscurante che avrebbe dato un po’ più privacy alla camera, e avremmo forse preferito avere una bottiglia d’acqua al tavolo piuttosto del self service, molto apprezzato per tutto il resto delle vivande.

Buon hotel però non da 4 stelle sopratutto per il cibo

Mi è piaciuta molto la piscina, calda, pulita e con parecchi lettini a disposizione, quasi tutti coperti con ombrellone per avere l’ombra. C’erano anche alcuni tavolini, se uno voleva sedersi. Mi è piaciuto l all inclusive delle bevande/caffè . Le camere erano spaziose e buoni materassi per dormire

Pranzo e cena da mensa, qualità scarsa e cibo spesso del giorno prima (anche cotto dal giorno prima) tutto a self service. La colazione invece abbastanza buona e varia Pulito all’inizio ma poi non ci hanno più pulito la camera il giorno seguente (anzi sono arrivati dopo pranzo mentre stavamo riposando, e quindi abbiamo detto di lasciar perdere ormai) Ascensore rotto per 3 giorni di soggiorno. A noi non importava ma penso a chi aveva valigie pesanti, o chi alloggiava a piani superiori o avesse qualche difficoltà nel deambulare.

Aufenthalt für ein paar Nächte ist okay. 4 Sterne sind definitiv zu viel für dieses Hotel.

Die Lage war gut. Der Garten und Pool war ansprechend und gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und entsprechend.

Sauberkeit und die ständige Überflutung der Dusche. Zimmer und Garage dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Abendessen könnte geschmacklich besser sein.

Weekend piacevole ma con perplessità

Personale cortese e professionale, pulizia ottima, posizione comoda per visitare Arco a piedi, parcheggio gratuito ottimo, molta scelta lievitati e affettati a colazione di buona qualità, camera spaziosa e comoda. Lasciamo una lunga descrizione di "cosa non ti è piaciuto" sperando di fare critiche costruttive. L'hotel sarebbe comunque consigliabile se il prezzo fosse un po'più basso e non si dichiarerebbe un quattro stelle.

Parcheggio mal segnalato: il navigatore manda in quello crediamo sia il vecchio accesso, oltre tutto con cartello dell'hotel, bisogna poi telefonare o scendere a piedi e lasciare momentaneamente la macchina in parcheggi non autorizzati (perché non aggiornare il cartello??). Altra nota dolente le bevande calde a colazione solo da macchinetta, assolutamente non da 4 stelle non potere avere un cappuccino o un espresso dal bar. L'esperienza alla SPA da dimenticare, solo una sauna funzionante a dovere, bagno turco e biosauna non funzionanti o comunque non pronte per l'orario di apertura. Nessuna tisana o per lo meno acqua potabile disponibile e temperatura ambiente fredda. Un peccato perché l'ambiente sarebbe stato anche piacevole. Per quanto riguarda la camera non abbiamo capito la scelta di centralizzare il clima, ok c'è la possibilità di abbassare o spegnere telefonando alla reception ma non ci è sembrato il caso di continuare a chiamare (ad esempio quando facciamo la doccia in genere lo fermiamo ma poi lo riaccendiamo magari a basso regime per poi alzarlo leggermente quando usciamo... e la notte lo avremmo spento ma non volevamo rischiare di aver caldo e non riuscire a farlo riaccendere... ) comunque non vedo come possa essere una scelta green visto che la notte andava sempre a pieno regime con temperatura bassa (il piumino in dotazione ci stava bene) e temperatura esterna probabilmente sotto i 20°.

Niet best, in elk geval geen 4 sterren hotel.

De locatie is wel oké, het ligt in de buurt van riva del garda waar je lekker aan het Gardameer kunt liggen maar dat is al wel 10 min rijden.

Lawaaiige kamers, niet voldoende parkeerruimte van al je gasten, personeel waar vaak nog geen glimlach van af kan, bouwwerkzaamheden aan het terrein voor het hotel om 07:45 ‘s ochtends. Airco die je niet zelf kan bedienen.

Top Preisleistungsverhälnis

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, das Hotel hat deutsche 3 Sterne. Wird täglich geputzt, Handtücher gewechselt. Manche bemängeln das Essen, wir waren aber zufrieden, sehr viel gesundes Essen (Gemüse, Salate). Schöner kleiner Pool, ausreichend zum abkühlen. Wir haben die Stadt Arco und die Umgebung mit Fahrrädern erkundet. Bis zum Strand sind es ca 5 km.

Unser Zimmer war schön, Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Burg, das Badezimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir mussten ohne Duschwände mitten im Zimmer duschen, dabei war das Badezimmer komplett unter Wasser. Trocknete zwar schnell, aber es war seltsam, weil auch die Toilette nass wurde. Andere Zimmer hatten normale Duschen. Vielleicht war dieses Zimmer behindertengerecht und deshalb ohne duschwände.

Manca il bidet ed abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale nonostante avessimo chiesto esplicitamente due letti singoli, che l'hotel ci aveva confermato anche via chat. Orari dei pasti troppo ristretti (pranzo 12:00-13:00 e cena 19:00-20:30)

décevant. ascenseur en panne. la climatisation est centralisée, pas de réglage possible dans la chambre, très insuffisante. nous avons fait la remarque à l'accueil mais pas d'amélioration. Donc mauvaise nuit. Pas de verre ou tasse dans la chambre donc impossible de faire juste un thé ou une tisane. petit dejeuner buffet mais produits de mauvaise qualité : jus d'orange en poudre mélangé avec de l'eau type Oasis, confiture industrielle en petites dosettes, oeufs sans gout, etc. Piscine toute petite et bondée. décevante par rapport aux photos.
