I have no complaints, everything was excellent. Excellent value for money. Even more than we expected

maybe they should just change the frying pan. it is a little crooked, so it is unusable because the hob does not recognize it. however, compared to everything that this mini-apartment offers, it is completely irrelevant

Budget but fine stay.

Nice location. I liked that there was little shower gel and shampoo bottels.

Really budget. Appartement felt really simple and a bit gross. But you don’t pay much so can’t say to much. But expect budget. At 04:00 at night we were wide awake because of a high pitched noise. It was scary and also bothering. We didnt had a great night of sleep. Also the bed was really hard.

Not recommend this property, especially for families.

Beautiful location and a lovely neighbouring city; the rest is very bad in this apartment.

The family's booking was split across floors (one room on the 4th floor and the other on the ground floor); management refused to rearrange even for the next day. Very old, worn furniture and a strong, unpleasant odour in the rooms. Complicated self-check-in; kiosk asks for a tax/VAT number that non-EU guests typically don’t have. Insufficient parking; difficult entry/exit, and the gate sometimes didn’t work at night. No room cleaning despite the high price. Listing/photos on Booking did not reflect the actual condition. The manager/owner was strict and unfriendly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioner is old and extremely loud—you must choose between heat or sleeping with a noise like a tractor beside you. Bottom line: I would not recommend this property, especially for families.

Overnight trip

Very new and clean. We didn't stay long, so it was hard to say more. We were impressed though. We didn't have any of the issues in other reviews. We had a top floor unit. Great views.

I wasn't a fan of self check in. Too impersonal. Easy and convenient, but felt odd. Pillows were too firm for us.

Very good value for money, clean, good facilities, provides lots of things like a fully equipped kitchen, overall very pleasant to stay in

The self check in machine is a little weird, it kept asking for the tax number of a 16 year old (who clearly doesn’t have one). We found just clicking ‘back’ and then ‘next’ a few times sorted it.

There's only one check-in screen and I had to wait quite some time before being able to check-in as the couple in front of me was not tech-savyy; it took them forever. It would be nice to have a pre check-in process available online.

I loved the place! I came out to visit my son and his friends family. The hosts were brilliant, really helpful and welcoming. The location is very central, gardens and secure parking. A Fitness suite table football and even a climbing wall !the rooms were spacious with balconies.

Nothing Maybe there could of been a bar! The felt like it needed one!

Good appartment for short term stays

Great location, parking spot and balcony. Wi-fi was mostly ok. And really friendly and helpful contact person showing flexibility.

The appartment was hot and difficult to cool down (air conditioner did not help as it was too noosy to have it on at night plus positioned directly above the bed:/)

Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone - especially for people who come with MTB bikes.

The apartment was well-equipped and in a great location. A huge plus was the secured place for bicycles with service tools and a place for washing bicycles. The very spacious underground garage was also a big advantage.

There are no places to put your own things in the room - there are pots and pans in the kitchen, cutlery for eating under the TV, kitchen utensils in the cupboard near the kitchen. It was almost impossible to store your belongings in these places. The wardrobe was large but unfortunately no shelves (only one at the top) so it was hard to arrange your stuff.

Great place - apart from the cigarette smoke coming from the other balconies

Apart from the cigarette smoke entering our apartment from morning until late night (see below), we liked the place very much. We had a Deluxe apartment on the 4th floor and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Also, the apartment was very clean and new, there was a big shower, two wash basins, a very comfortable bed, two TVs (in bedroom and living room), a safe etc. The building is in a quiet street but very close to the city center with gelaterias, restaurants, shops etc. I was excited about the climbing wall in the fitness room first, but unfortunately it is just a small bouldering wall and I didn't find it worth the effort using it when there are so many rocks around outside. The elevator came very handy because we had so much luggage.

There was just one thing that really bothered us: Being on the 4th floor meant that all the cigarette smoke from the other balconies below was entering our apartment. Constantly. It started early in the morning when we were still in bed and went on until late at night. The weather was very hot during our stay and we had the windows open wide as we don't like air conditioning, even slept with open windows. The constant cigarette smoke bothered us so much that we were kind of happy when our stay in Arco was over. Even though we liked the apartment very much and give it a good rating, we won't stay at this place again. We will look for something else without so many balconies facing the same direction.

Feeling at home away from home!

After 10 days in city in Verona and Padua we needed a rest from restaurant food and a bit more space. These appartments are close to the center of quirky Arco. We felt welcomed right from the start. There is a garage for the car and a garage for ( obviously expensive) bikes. The coin operated laundry was very welcomed after 10 days‘s traveling! Everything was clean! This is the place you want to stay, if you feel a bit tired of tiny hotel rooms.

Great place to stay in Arco

Very friendly staff. Very clear rooms, building and area. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bathroom. Many useful utilities for active people: underground garage, bike washer, bike deposit, bikes for renting, small boulder panel etc. The residence located in a calm street and in the same time 5 minutes walk to the city center. We love everything about the object.

Location and free city bikes available. Kitchen tools are great! The bed is also great. They have a bouldering hall and Football Table!

That if you stay for a week, your room will not be cleaned at all, and no one will take the trash out. The shower gel is only for day 1. You will keep using the towels for the whole time.
