The rooms appeared newly renovated and were very clean. The location is excellent—quiet yet convenient—with a parking lot right in front of the building. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay.

For the price, the stay didn’t quite meet expectations. While the room itself was fine, a few things felt off: having to juggle three separate keys (room, night entry, locker) was a bit outdated. The “queen” bed was actually two hard mattresses pushed together, making the seam quite noticeable and uncomfortable. There was no breakfast option included even though the hotel is directly connected to a café (likely run by the same owners), and the limited items at the bar were both overpriced and charged separately. None of these were major dealbreakers, but for the price point I definitely expected more.

Very unhappy, we booked 2 weeks but only stayed 2 days. It was not as described and in poor condition.

It was in bad state of repair, beds were uncomfortable, it had no air conditioning, the kitchen wasn’t useable, the advert stating it had a balcony with views, washing machine, etc was misleading. The washing machine was in the courtyard and shared with other residents, there was no balcony at the property and the air conditioning was just a plug in fan.

Nice room in middle of the city.

The room was nice, but you could hear everything even on corridor or in adjacent rooms. We did park on the big car park near by, the hotel doesn't have its parking. The TV in the room was really tiny - super cute.

Shower gels in shover - only soap which was a bit of surprise. The air condition took ages to cool down the room.

we booked no breakfast, sometimes we orderred at the Café - always delicious. Very friendly staff, familiar atmosphere. Room was always very clean, 5 Stars for that service.

Everything was excellent . Parking situation not easy, but large parking free of charge at the other River side.

A gem of a small Arco hotel.

Extremely nice small hotel. Super friendly staff and great drinks & food. Only drawback might be distant parking but all Arco hotels experience this.

Nice host, great place for a chillier season

The free bikes was awesome, the host was very nice to agree with us leaving earlier than our initial booking. The place is a few steps away from the city center

I booked a room that was not renovated, i think it’s among the classic rooms. It had no air conditioning but this is my fault that I assumed all rooms have air conditioning in a area were in the summer is really warm and I didn’t pay that much attention to the room facilities description, it would be great to make this info more obvious. There is no free parking close to the hotel

cool place in Arco

perfect location in the center of the town of Arco. The room was comfortable and with a view. The owner gave us tips to where to go climbing and different routes to do.

the bathroom was dated and the water in the shower would go either cold or burning hot.

Clean rooms and good location.

We booked a superior room with balcony and were given a small standard room without balcony. Upon complaint the staff said there are no superior rooms free, also they were not willing to compensate the price difference between the rooms. Only after one night and several requests to change the room we were given the room we actually booked.

Für einenn kurzen Aufenthalt ist es immer ein Tipp

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und sehr zentral gelegen. Ich wußte vorher nicht, das ein Musikfestival am Übernachtungstag stattfand. War aber kein Problem, weil für jeden Musikgeschmack etwas dabei war. Es war ein sehr guter Abend. Das privat geführte Hotel hatte eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und stand stetz für die Beantwortung der Fragen zur Verfügung.

Der Öffnungsbereich der Dusche war für meinen Oberkörper etwas zu klein dimensionier. Es tat dem Reinigungsprozess allerdings keinen Abbruch.

Stanza molto piccola che non ha nulla in comune con le foto del sito , per me il prezzo non è allineato alla scruttura ma tutto il resto veramente top di gamma
