Good, comfortable stay, but rooms don't have character.

Staff was super friendly, I have no complaints about any of them. Room was clean, Bathroom had a big bathtub where I sort of fit in (I'm 195cm tall). Beds are very hard, due to them being made of possibly mainly memory foam or other kind of foam, but comfortable nevertheless. There is a nice small balcony that fits 2 people with an amazing view to the mountains. Breakfast was good. There's a selection of bread, sweets, cereal, and a few other items.

The rooms are very bland. The only colors they have are white and gray, there isn't much color to make them comfortable. The Wifi was the same as non existent (I was told that in that area of Italy Apple devices have difficulty with networks) Cellular data is also very slow which further emphasizes that issue. My colleague, having an android phone, didn't have many issues with network connections. The rooms we got were unfortunately on the side of a busy road which meant that you could slightly hear traffic in the morning and evening despite the double glass doors and shutters leading to the balcony.

You need a car there, busses didnt arrive. We came to do ferratas, bikes ok for 10 euro. I liked also the little vilige around for evening walk. Lovely swimming pool, very very clean, no kettles!!!!! Breakfast very basic so we had our own, lovely mountains around, we tried bikes, ferratas and other lakes too.

One lady grumpy in reception, was afraid i lost my purse she promissed she checked room and my purse was not there, she never got there as i founf my purse on the table!!!! Horrible she lied.

Our Room had a balcony, which was very nice.

We received an Email, which was saying that, even if we didn't book breakfast, we would get it anyways. At the check in we talked to the mister at the reception, showed him the email sent by the hotel. His answer was, that he would check it, but never did. It was very disappointing and not satisfied.

Communication with the staff was without any problems, late check-in was no problem and we even got served pizza, though the kitchen was already closing. The room featured a small fridge. There was enough parking space. Very good COVID-19 hygiene and a huge well ventilated breakfast area that made you feel safe. Early breakfast from 07:00 on is good when you want to leave early. Rich breakfast buffet. About 5 mins drive to Arco city center.

The buffet had a lot to offer, however the pastries / cakes were extraordinarily sweet and probably pre-packaged. This is what I've encountered in almost any Italian hotel, and you are not allowed to take anything with you. The carpet floor in our room was a little bit damaged. You could hear traffic in the night when windows open.

Nice an convenient hotel for a very good price

The hotel is located outside of Arco. However they have enough parking space. Thus if you're traveling by car, this is actually an advantage. The rooms are very spacious. Some have a balcony. Two things I'd like to point out are first the beds, which have a very good mattress. Not too soft and not too hard. This is definitely worth mentioning, because even many higher priced hotels fail this requirement. Second the rooms have a fridge. Very convenient if you want to store some food or cold drinks. The breakfast is served very early. You can already start a little bit before six o' clock which is very practical, if you want to leave early. The breakfast itself has a large enterprises enough selection to prevent you from leaving early and the price of 8€ is very reasonable. Furthermore the coffee is in contrast to some earlier reviews quite good and produced by one of to coffee machines. The personal is friendly and attentive.

I don't recommend taking a room that's facing the street. Since there is heavy traffic starting at around 5 o clock in the morning. However if you close the windows you will hear nothing. I can't neither judge the swimming pool nor the gym. Though I would wonder why you spent time in a gym in this area.

Good stay close to the mountains

The room was big and tidy, the view from the balcony was nice towards the mountains. We wanted to be close to the mountains so this was a good location for us, however you need to have a car to easily go to the restaurants etc. Breakfast was good. There is a pool.
