Friendly, clean, perfect location & parking, amazing value, fantastic stay

Location was perfect, fantastic value for money, great links to everywhere you might want to go and explore, parking available, staff treats you like family, very friendly! The hotel was very clean and looks better in real life than in pictures, we had a fantastic view from our room too. Really loved it and would highly recommend.

Good place to stay when you’re on a climbing trip

We came for a climbing trip and the central location of the hotel was perfect. During the day it would take us 10 minutes to get to crags and climb; while in the evening it was easy to walk and eat out. Hotel has its own parking, which was also very convenient. Availability of sauna and steam room was an extra nice touch!

Breakfasts could have had larger variety of food and fruits. The room felt a bit too tight for three adults.

very good experience. the room was very comfortable and well equipped. the mattress was with springs, but quite good for our taste. we slept very well. very central and very friendly.

Very friendly staff, good location close to bus station, centre and hospital. Great bathroom and nice big room. Breakfast looked great (I couldn't take full advantage as I had an early appointment, but hopefully next time. )

I couldn't get the temperature right with the heating. There was a flashing light sensor over the bed. Didn't stop me sleeping but was a bit distracting when dropping off.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Excellent location and nice bright , clean, comfortable room .

WiFi connection did not work well in the room. I tried somewhere else outside Hotel Olivo using WIFI and it worked well on my computer.

it was a good experience.

Everything was fine. The room has a balcony with wonderful view. Staff was so friendly and polite. The location of hotel is super great! Its cosy city but so beautiful! I like it and of course will come back again. Normal breakfast.

I think, it will be great to have in the room some bath cosmetic, because it was just one empty bottle with the shower gel.

Very friendly sfaff and good location. The room had a nice big bathroom but the room itself was quite small

The air conditioning in the room was very loud and positioned in a way that the air was blowing in our faces when lying in bed. The night was hot but we had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep

The location is absolutely perfect for staying in Arco, lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff was friendly and always at our disposal.

Nice location and staff but uncomfortable bed

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the location was fantastic and the building stunning.

However, free parking was highly limited and the underground parking was only available for €8/day; the mattress was not comfortable at all, we could feel all the springs; there were no toiletries, only a handwash which was very nice but no shower gel or shampoo.
