Close to everything we wanted and good facilities. Absolutely spotless and a smooth check in. Didn’t need to use the sauna as so hot but was a treat to have a jacuzzi bath.
Parking is small, so difficult to manoeuvre. Would have appreciated salt, pepper, oil for such a short stay. Wasn’t keen on plastic sachets for shower gel, would prefer reusable bottles.

Close to the lake, walking distance to restaurants, bus stops.
There was some building noises coming from the property adjoining throughout the day.. luckily we were out and about for the majority of time. ( but of course this won’t be forever- only til the works are finished)
The street view of the property looks tired ( but inside great).

The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the lake and about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. You can also start hiking routes right from the guesthouse, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The lake-view room was definitely worth it!! Pet friendly. We received a lot of gifts for our little prince😉

The location was fine, Riva del Garda is a small town so we could walk to the centre in about 25 minutes. The facilities in the room were okay, and the staff replied quickly to any questions. The aircon worked great.
We arrived pretty late at night after a full day of travel and got the key from a lock box because the reception was closed. When we went to take a shower, the drain was clogged and water went everywhere. My boyfriend had to clean and unclog it - which should have been done before we arrived. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and hard, and I had to purchase a mattress the next day so I could sleep.
