We loved it and would happily stay at the apts again but would be more prepared.

Brilliant location close to a square for coffee and short walk to the historic old town

Mattress rolled into the middle rather a lot. Shortages of general kitchen basics We went out and purchased a cleaning spray and cloth in order to keep the spot clean during our 5 days. Also it was cold. End of November and the evenings were chilly and seemingly no heating

Disappointed of the lack of responsibility from the management!

The location

The property was extremely disappointing. There were not enough towels, and the apartment faces the interior of the building, making it both noisy and very dark. Most importantly, I still have not received an invoice for my payment. It has now been 46 days, and despite repeated promises from the owner/manager, Jorge, nothing has been provided. This lack of basic documentation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the property’s professionalism and transparency.

Despite some noise and small inconveniences, it was a comfortable place to live.

I really like our flat — it has everything needed for comfortable living. The apartment itself is quite new and in good condition. We’ve been happy since moving in and feel that it’s a nice place to live.

What we didn’t like was that the flat was quite noisy — we could hear sounds from the street very clearly, and also from the neighbours, who were sometimes quite loud. One of the sofas was not comfortable for sleeping, although the main bed was good.

Our host - Luis, graciously provided early check in, 7 -15 mins walk to Málaga city centre, the beach & close to lots of restaurants and tourist sites.

It was very hot in the bedrooms and the air conditioning did not work properly. We contacted the hosts several times, but despite their promises, nobody ever came. The house did not have a broom or a vacuum cleaner, which made cleaning difficult. Finally, the pillows need to be urgently replaced.

There were a lot of ants. Even though we kept things very clean and didn’t leave food out. We got bitten by the ants a few times.

Enjoyed the calm, clean, and centrally located place, especially appreciated the host's hospitality.

My friend and I were welcomed by the host and it was a very pleasant experience, the host was nice and friendly.

The mattress was not comfy and we would appreciate more towels for 5 days.

It was okay but I would look for a better place next time.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the centre. The apartment itself was quite spacious and the check-in process was friendly and quick.

Unfortunately, the shower wasn't ideal. I encountered drainage issues, and the lack of a shampoo and soap shelf meant constant bending down to reach for them, and the shower head seemed incompatible with the boiler size, resulting in hot water running out after only 2 minutes. Additionally, the mattress was too soft for my personal preference.

Another fabulous stay

Lovely apartment has all you need. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location, 10 mins walk to the centre. We have stayed here x 4 times now we like it so much

A long mirror would be good in the bedroom as there is only one in the bathroom, this is nothing major of course

Affordable place in city center of Malaga

The location of the LiveMalaga place is really good. It is very close to Plaza Merced where tou can eat great tapas. You can travel there from city center with bus no1. 3 grocery stores, bakery, 2 locals with empanadas are very close the apartment. It was quite clean, in the kitchen you can find the basic things - plates, cuttlery, dish soap etc, same in the bathroom. All in all we were very happy to stay here.

3 small things to improve: -We were there in January and the nights were cold. There is no heating in the apartment as it is normal in Spain/Italy, so be prepared to have some additional clothes for a night :) -The basic bedding was clean and with fresh duvet cover but the second bedding for colder nights didn’t have duvet cover. -The sprinkler in the shower leaks with cold water, this should be repaired.

A central located apartment useful for business or holiday.

The location was convenient for the town centre and tourist sites. The apartment was clean with a separate bedroom. The kitchen area had cooking utensils and coffee making facilities. My apartment was on the six floor so it was fairly quiet. There were a number of supermarkets on the street. I was a solo female traveler but felt safe in the apartment as it had a good lock.

There was no dining table, the decor was a bit plain.

AC would leak with water and was very loud and appeared to be faulty with the noises it was making. This noise was difficult to ignore at times. Location of the apartment was also on a busy street so there was noise from the cars travelling on the road at night. Although we didn’t mind this so much and slept fine.

Although the location was a good one, the apartment didn't met our expectations at all.

The location near all the main attraction, even near Malagueta - a 15 min walk.

The towels were old and used, and the were smelling like mold. The room lacked in light, although in the pictures were shown differently. We were requested a 100E deposit for damages, but in reality, they should have given us back 100E for the existing damages of the apartment. Also, extremely expensive parking spaces - and almost impossible to find a free space from the muncipality (25E/day).
