Place was really clean, large rooms and well located

Problems with electrical junction box. Sometimes we had to reset the breakers as per instructions from the Wintowin Rentals. I didn’t have problems to do that but someone that has no idea what to do would be in trouble. The other problem is the hot water tank ! Too small for the size of the apartment. We were 5 people and we could not take hot shower back to back. Just enough hot water for probably 3 people with a fast shower. The first garage card was not working at all. We ended up losing it inside the car’s dashboard and we reported it. We were charged for a new card which did not arrive on time but that is okay because we knew that in advance.

For non-touristic purposes — located in a residential family neighborhood, modern feel, and refreshingly away from the tourist crowds.

The apartment is outdated and in poor condition. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are rusted, doors are noisy, and the unit is in need of immediate, complete renovation. It was also very dusty upon arrival, and we had to contact support to arrange a cleaning crew the following day.

駅も近くレストランも多いスーパーも近い

行った時にマンションのエレベーターが故障していたが週末にも関わらずすぐに修理に対応してもらえた。 シャワーの水圧が低かった。

Muitos cabelos e pelos na cama, nem queria acreditar! Limpeza assustadora! Tampa da sanita demasiado solta, suporte de wc mal apertado, a precisar urgentemente de pintura e manutenção. Roupa de cama tem de ser totalmente revista. Edredons sem capas…
