Big place close to the station

The apartament is very large and spacious, with a huge living room and 3 bedrooms plus two bathrooms (a bit small, but they work). Close to the station and lots of places to eat or buy groceries. Easy to access.

The cleaning could have been better (the microwave had an old pizza slice in it), the furniture was a bit dusty, the kitchen utensils needed a bit of washing before. But it was not something we could not move past. The furniture needs a bit of updating, especially one of the beds, which has a dent in the mattress. It can be a bit cold at night, especially since there is no heating and some of the livingroom windows don't close properly. But none of these things prevented us from sleeping well or having a good time while there.

Matas de pelos en el suelo, apartamento no barrido ni fregado, el servicio sucio con pelos en el plato de ducha, cubiertos, platos, tazas sucias, En una de las camas con manchas de sangre, las camas parecía que estaban estiradas de los anteriores inquilinos. Mal muy mal, y encima nos dicen que 30 € de limpieza. Muy descontentos, no volveremos.

Casa spaziosa e moderna. Vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici.

Casa sporca, pulizie completamente assenti (pavimento da dimenticare), divano e biancheria non puliti e macchiati. Cucina pessima, trovata muffa, ruggine e stoviglie non pulite (prima cosa su cui ci si dovrebbe soffermare). Direi poco accogliete da questo punto di vista. Da dimenticare.

Sijainti hyvä bussi/juna-aseman vieressä. Tilava.

Sängyt olivat aikansa eläneet, natisivat ja patjat kuopalla. Huone ei ollut valmis ajallaan ja siivouksen jälki oli huonoa. Rakennuksessa ei ole hissiä ja isojen matkalaukkujen kantaminen työlästä kapeassa portaikossa.

La ubicación.

Cisterna del baño pequeño rota, tuve que arreglarla porque empezó a salir agua. Cisterna del baño grande se quedaba pillada. Piso para dormir una noche en Málaga, pero tremendamente corto de equipamiento y con muchas carencias de buen funcionamiento. Al llegar estaba limpio, pero le recomendaría desinfectarlo mejor; puesto que había cucarachas, habiéndose una incluso colado en la maleta de uno de mis amigos de viaje. El alquilador fue simpático y accesible en todo momento durante el día de entrada. Un trato coordial y correcto.

Mauvais souvenir en groupe…

Le contact rapide avec le propriétaire qui nous a permis d’accéder au logement plus tôt que l’heure de Check-in prévue. Malheureusement nuitée qui s’est très mal passée par la suite.

- Logement assez loin du centre mais malgré tout accessible avec des transports. - Logement EXTRÊMEMENT sale : * Sol encrassé et avec des traces jusqu’à rendre nos chaussettes marron * Montagne de poussière et de miettes dans le canapé où une personne de notre groupe était censée dormir. * Les sommiers des lits avec des traces jaunes, rouges ( sang ? ) * Sol pas nettoyé sous les meubles de la cuisine avec présence d’un mégot de cigarette * Visite de plusieurs cafards au niveau de la cuisine Très mauvaise réaction de la part du propriétaire qui me reproche de ne pas avoir prévenu assez tôt de l’état du logement. Nous étions restés à peine 1h lors du Check-in car assez pris par le temps et donc peu de temps pour vérifier l’intégralité du logement. Nous avons tout constaté à notre retour le soir à 00h. Refus d’un dédommagement de sa part car nous reproche de mentir sur l’état de son logement. ! NÉCESSITÉ DE DEVOIR ALLER DORMIR À L’HÔTEL! Nous ne payons pas pour dormir avec des cafards et dans un logement insalubre

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Można bez problemu zaparkować na ulicy. Parkowanie jest darmowe. Do ścisłego centrum 1,5-2,0 km. Jeżdżą też autobusy.

Mieszkanie jest w złym stanie. Zdjęcia w ofercie przedstawiają stan raczej sprzed bardzo dawna. Obecnie mieszkanie jest zniszczone. Drzwi od kabin prysznicowych odpadają. Właściciel pomalował wnętrza kabin, płytki, brodziki biała farba, ponieważ na płytkach pojawił się grzyb. Grzyb widać spod farby. Grzyb jest też na suficie. Pomalował nawet baterie pod prysznicem. Najgorsze było to że mieszkanie było brudne. Płyta była tak oblepiona brudem, że nie dało się na niej gotować. Naczynia były brudne. Kabiny prysznicowe brudne. Właściciel zaoferował po naszym przyjeździe, że kolejnego dnia przyjdzie posprzątać, ale co z tego skoro byliśmy z dzieckiem, musieliśmy przygotować mu kolację i umyć się tego samego dnia, a nie czekać na jego sprzątanie. Musieliśmy w związku z tym posprzątać sami. Brakuje czajnika. Wodę na herbatę czy kawę trzeba gotować w garnku. Po włączeniu dwóch palników na płycie bezpieczniki w mieszkaniu wyłączają prąd. Zdarzyło nam się to 5 razy przez dwa dni.
