This apartment is worth staying at and great value for money.

The location is perfect as you are near train stations, shopping malls and Malaga Centro and the beach. Food spots were also nearby and the area felt safe.

The overall condition of the apartment could be improved. A smart tv would enhance the entertainment/ free time. The bathrooms were satisfactory and can be improved. There were no kitchen towels, tissues, anti bacterial wipes and air freshner- I went out to buy this.

The flat had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with lots of useful basics like coffee, salt, and olive oil and lots of others . Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

Fantastic

The apartment is superb, three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a large terrace. It is located 5-10 minutes from the old town. Communication with the hosts is without a problem. We are very satisfied. I recommend.

Disappointing

The apartment doesn't look like in the pictures anymore, it is old and dirty, but the view is beautiful. We asked the host about the lack of the iron, but we haven't received an answear to this day. The experience was not what we expected.

Great stay super location would visit again

Great space, well kitted out with decent quality items - very handy nespresso machine for morning coffee! Location is perfect - short stroll into everything but with a taxi rank right outside for airport runs.

The tower is on a busy road so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs as the traffic can be quite noisy. It’s on the 11th floor so if you have issues with small lifts then prepare for a climb (wasn’t an issue for any of us)

Nice location

Location was good and the apartment was spacious.

The beds were not comfortable at all; the showers have to be clean better. Airco didn’t work so great and since the apartment is located in central location- be prepared for constant noise which is heard even when the windows are closed.

We had a great stay in this appartement (take of these few remarks and it would be very great!!)

The location was great! Nearby public transportation and sightseeing can be done by foot. Beautiful view from the 11th Floor.

One of the elevators wasn't always working so good (the left one). Very noisy appartement. Not the neighbours, but the noise from the street. It seemed you were sleeping on the groundfloor, with the window open! The appartement had 3 bathrooms, but the first colleague told us not to use more than 2 showers at a time, the other colleague texted us you had to use the shower one by one. But no matter what we did, sometimes the water was extremely hot or extremely cold. We were there with 6 people, so it took a while for everybody to shower.

very well located properties, easy to reach on foot to all points of interest of Malaga. clean, a nice terrace, all you need for a comfortable stay is available in the house. nearby a lot of restaurants. nearby are free of charge parkings on the street, found available spaces during our stay.

Great base for a family holiday

Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just right for our family. The whole apartment was clean and well equipped.

The dining room chairs were a bit unstable. The scaffolding and advert posters spoiled the view from the balcony.

The space available, having four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a family group is a real bonus.

It was beyond their control but the scaffolding around the building made the balcony useless and we were looking forward to enjoying the view in the evening.

Great break - look forward to returning.

If you want to be in the bustle of the city this apartment is for you. Very close to buses/ trains and a taxi rank across the street. Walking distance to everything that Malaga has to offer and a 15/20 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious ( 3 bathrooms which is very difficult to get in the Centre of Malaga). Beds, showers and aircon all excellent. Everything you need for a city break! Terrace is great for morning coffee or a drink in the evening. You do hear the traffic and bustle of the city which we quite liked and there's a panoramic view of the city and mountains. Our host was really welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed recommendations for restaurants to the East of the city which we hadn't explored before - great seafood! A really great visit to such a relaxing city🙂

Great option for a family!

Thank you, Fran and Natie, for being very hospitable and helpful. We really liked how spacious and modern the flat is. And the views from the balcony are fantastic! In addition, the location is great! The city centre is just 10 minutes walk and El Corte Ingles is just across the street.

The Malagueta Beach was a little bit further than expected. It took us about 30 minutes instead of expected 15. But it was a nice walk.

Modern and well equipped apartment in the heart of Malaga

This apartment is a very spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath unit overlooking the new Corte Ingles department store. It is situated sort of on the dividing line between the main business district and the old town. It is an easy walk to all the principal sights...you can even walk to the lighthouse in less than half an hour. There were just two of us, so all the room was a luxury. But the apartment is furnished very nicely and was very comfortable...nice seating and comfy beds. It has both a bathtub and showers, and very well presented kitchen, washing machine, A/C, and a great patio overlooking the city. It is on the 11th floor and has an elevator....15 minute walk from the train and bus stations; taxi to the airport was €20, and taxi stand is right across the street. When we were there, they were working on the Metro expansion and had uncovered some ancient ruins, so we had a birds eye view of the excavation process...really interesting. We hope to visit Malaga again in the future and will definitely contact Fran, our excellent host, to stay at this property or perhaps one of his others.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament dla większej liczby osób. Wszystko, co potrzebne, na miejscu - wyposażenie kuchni, środki do sprzątania, środki czystości etc.. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko i do zabytków i do metra i do sklepów. Wielki balkon na 11. piętrze, z przepięknym widokiem na Malagę. Przemiły gospodarz, który wręczył osobiście klucze, oprowadził po apartamencie i przekazał przydatne porady dotyczące Malagi. Mieliśmy udany pobyt. Dziękujemy za wszystko!

Lokalizacja blisko starego miasta i centrum. Pieszo około 10-15 min. Bezpośrednio przy budynku w którym mieści się apartament jest przystanek autobusowy komunikacji miejskiej. Apartament przestronny: 3 łazienki, 4 sypialnie, 1 salon z jadalnią, kuchnia, duży taras. Wyposażenie kuchni jest OK.

Konieczność sprawdzenia wentylacji w łazienkach - działa słabo albo wcale. W jednej z łazienek były mrówki. W kuchni nie działał pochłaniacz nad płytą indukcyjną. Na wyposażeniu kuchni brakowało deski do krojenia pieczywa/owoców.
