It would have been acceptable if not for the things that bypass Booking.com.

· The apartment has been recently renovated, which is nice. · There is a washing machine, and it works. · There is a small balcony, so there's a place to dry clothes.

· They require you to bypass Booking.com, provide your personal details (passport photo, date of birth, etc.) on their own website, sign a rental agreement directly with them, and pay a €150 deposit (which also requires entering your card details on their site; the deposit was returned). · Before check-in, you receive up to 6 spam messages daily from a bot (via email and WhatsApp). They are all in Spanish, contain inaccurate information, and are very stressful and confusing. · The bot message stated that check-in is from 3:00 PM and that the key code would be sent at 3:00 PM (I received the entry code at 8:00 PM). · The Booking.com listing mentions a coffee machine and an oven, but they are not there. · The floor in the apartment was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. · It is noisy outside at night, and the apartment doors seem to be made of cardboard — you can hear everything as if it were right next to you. · There were always issues with the Wi-Fi. · They sometimes take a day to respond to messages on Booking.com. · The apartment had no soap, no shower gel, no salt, and no pepper. If you arrive late, you'll be left with nothing.

Good apartment for a family stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and, overall, loved the apartment. It's spacious and very quiet, has mostly everything you may need and is located close to metro, bus or supermarkets. AC worked perfectly during hot October days. We didn't have any problems. Check-in was easy, the deposit (150) was returned after our check-out.

When we arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell, which probably came from the bathroom or the sewer. We put in an air freshener and it got better over time. The cleaning was also not very good. The staff left a bucket with dirty rags right on the stairs in the flat, some of the dishes were dirty, and the tables were sticky.

Clean, modern, a bit away from the city but easy access to public transport, plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and little shops in the area.

It needed more bedding, my friend was using the sofa bed as we are not a couple.

Sitio tranquilo bien ubicado con transporte público cerquita. Está a 1h andando del centro. Apartamento funcional con menaje suficiente válido para unos cuantos días. Cama cómoda.

Para mi gusto muy impersonal el check in ya que no hay trato real con personas.

El alojamiento es moderno y cómodo, está en una zona que se aparca bien.

Abrimos el sofá cama y estaba sucio, lleno de migas y demás, se notaba que no se había limpiado nunca. El horno más me lo mismo le pasabas el dedo y era asqueroso, esto para mí es más grave que lo del sofá ya que es para hacer de comer. Las paredes tenían humedades y había un calefactor pero no funcionaba. El alojamiento es moderno pero las calidades son bastante bajas.

Estancia de 3 días

La limpieza y comodidad del apartamento, junto a la facilidad de aparcamiento que tiene la zona. Coincide exactamente con las fotos, la cama era muy cómoda y la ducha estupenda.

Las almohadas que eran muy finas. Por poner alguna pega que no había nada de cortesía para la llegada después del viaje, aunque sea una botella de agua.

La facilidad para encontrar aparcamiento. Estaba cerca del metro para ir al centro.

Subir demasiadas escaleras con las maletas. La cama podría ser más ancha, hay sitio. Faltaba algún colgador en la ducha parala toalla.

À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré les 150 € de caution

Pour l’appartement en location, pas de passoire pour goûter le riz ou les pâtes le wi-fi c’est une catastrophe y a que deux bars ça doit être de la DSL, l’ancienne génération, le jour de votre arrivée, un lien vous sera envoyé pour signer un contrat de location avec la société en question, vous devrez télécharger sur un site Internet, qui est exclusivement en anglais, vous devrez télécharger les pièces d’identité recto-verso de tous les occupants vous devrez également renseigner tous les champs concernant l’identité des occupants, puis vous devrez effectuer un paiement de 150 € qui vous sera restitué 7 à 10 jours après la sortie de la Location, à notre arrivée, nous avons pu constater que le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas le lendemain, nous avons contacté la personne responsable de cette location par téléphone. Celle-ci nous a indiqué qu’il ferait le nécessaire dans les jours prochains. ne vous laissez pas abuser par ces belles photos d’appartement

Lo recomiendo.

Un departamento muy agradable, limpio, muy bien situado: cercano a locomoción pública (metro y bus) y a la universidad adonde tenía que ir. Un vecindario muy tranquilo y los anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme u orientarme con lo que necesitara.

0 comunicación por parte de Letmagala.

No tiene aire acondicionado, intente pedir alguna solución ya que nos alojábamos 5 noches con un calor insoportable y no tuve respuesta por parte de ellos, ni una simple palabra de recepción del mensaje. Se escucha todo lo que pasa entre los vecinos, gente de la calle, vehículos que pasan con muchísima frecuencia. Hay un parque de bancos situado justamente bajo la ventana del dormitorio donde se sientan a fumar, beber, hablar,etc… hasta las tantas de la mañana siendo la hora más larga las 04:30 de la mañana. Con la poca ventilación y el calor que hay en estas fechas tuvimos que dormir con todas las ventanas abiertas y el olor a “CIGARRO” que venía de la calle. Dimos queja de la incomodidad que estábamos pasando desde la primera noche. Revisando las reseñas de Booking hemos visto que este problema se deriva desde enero y no han puesto solución a esto aún más sabiendo la temporada.

Algunas cosas no funcionaban, la vitro mal conectada, no había extracción en el baño, no había wifi. Se oye todo, las paredes de pladur, mala elección. El vecino de abajo muy ruidoso.

Me quedé porque necesitaba hacer unos examenes en la facultad de derecho y está justo al lado. El apartamento está nuevo, cuando vuelva a Málaga me volveré a alojar con ellos.
