Came to support a relative in hospital: apartment is perfected located for that. It would also be suitable for a family

Parking is a challenge (so we arrived by taxi). Not enough electricity sockets in the bedroom.

the owners were extremely attentive and helpful. we chose this location for its proximity to the hospital, as our father became ill and was hospitalized for several nights. the neighborhood was fantastic, and all neighbors were kind!

Superb

The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful and supportive during a difficult time for me, as I had a relative in the nearby hospital. A couple of things went wrong on the first day (the kettle and the toilet) and they were mended immediately. The location of this flat is great, close to the hospital, supermarkets and transport.

Host was very friendly. We arrived really late in the evening, but they waited outside until we arrived with our taxi. They showed us the apartment. They had small little presents for out baby and toddler which was very nice :) They answered our questions really quick before and during our stay. Great host!!! I can really recommend!!!

Exceptional

The location is perfect. We really like to walk, the place is 30 min walking to the beach, and 20 min walking to dowtown. The AC is great in the two rooms.

Good value, spacious place

Very kind and responsive landlord. It is a spacious apartment and well-equipped. Comfortable living room area and it felt quite homely as opposed to some holiday apartments which can be bare and stark. High standard of cleanliness. There is a large Mercadona a couple of minutes walk away which is handy.

The bathroom is in need of a little refurbishment. I found the walls quite thin and could hear the neighbours clearly through the walls - not the fault of the landlord and I am a person who is especially sensitive to noise so others may just find it normal.

Ok for low cost

Clean flat, the bed was comfortable, the flat was bright and warm. The location was good for us, so that was a plus. There was a problem with the kitchen sink and the owner came immediately to fix it.

The bathroom (or at least the WC) may need some refurbishment, and the sofa was sagging, not very comfy. Not a noisy neighborhood but we had the bad luck the neighbour next door had the phone alarm at 7:00 am every day, and snoozed it for 30 minutes, not great for a holiday.

A lot of space, very comfortable and clean. The host was very nice and willing to help at anytime. Mercadona was very close so was the metro and the bus lines. Location was great.

Wer die hohen Preise im Zentrum von Malaga nicht bezahlen möchte,aber trotzdem eine vollständige Ferienwohnung möchte ist hier richtig. Die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke. Sehr nette Gastgeber und easy Kontakt. Man ist wie bei Freunden zuhause.
