Overall good place to stay for a vacation at costa del sol.

Welcoming hosting, if there were anything we needed they were glad to help. Kitchen available in the apartment. Pool and Padel courts was a plus. Free parking was very convenient.

The apartment was not in the best shape. Needs some renovation. Cleaning upon arrival could have been better.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, Juan, the host was exceptional

This is a self catering facility, but there is a restaurant and bar on site. The pool was great and the host would open the pool in the evening if requested. The site is a little out of the way but buses into town are regular and cheap and the host, Juan, was extremely helpful with helping with arrangements.

The apartment was very well equipped but we would have appreciated a kettle. The beds were OK but will need an update soon. There was no air con., but it is clearly in hand to be installed. The pool was very busy at the weekend but was well maintained and a lifegaurd was always in attendance.

Pequeñas cucarachas, gusanos saliendo del plato de ducha al utilizarlo, malos olores, internet no llega a todos los puntos de la casa, puertas y ventanas no cierran bien, entra luz en la habitación del interior por no tener persiana, mucho ruido por la pista de pádel y el restaurante colindante.

Huerta Nueva to bardzo dobry wybór!

Apartament wygodny i dość dobrze wyposarzony. Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, możliwość skorzystania z basenu na miejscu, znakomite jedzenie w restauracji. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

W kuchni brakowało kilku drobiazgów (czajnik, deska do krojenia, ostry nóż)

Todo lo otro la gente con las copas de cristal y botellas en la picina fumando en la picina Las hamacas no hay me dijeron que estaban todas reservadas y todo el dia estaban vacias El restaurante muy caro por la comida que te dan Me dijeron que el apartamento tenia wifi y no hay primero me dijeron que los inquilinos anteriores no les habia pasado que eramos los primeros despues que tenian que arreglar la antena y el penultimo dia nos dicen que es averia general que evidentemente es mentira. todo el complejo estaba muy sucio. Ahora sabemos que estan en obras porque lo ha cogido un grupo llamado Awa que quieren ser muy pijos y lo que es un quiero y no puedo muy sucios y maleducados. El pàrquing parecia un vertedero lleno de basura y cristales Lo unico que se salva es el señor de la picina y su señora que viven encima del apartamento que se preocuparon por nosotros.

Si se mejoraran algunos aspectos el apartamento sería magnífico

Lo que más me gusto fue el parking que es muy cómodo, la parada de autobús cercana facilita muchísimo el acceso al centro (lo cual es genial), y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente durante toda la estancia. El apartamento tiene mucho potencial si le hicieran algunos ajustes.

(1) Al llegar, notamos que la papelera del baño no se había vaciado, lo que nos generó dudas sobre si se realizó una limpieza completa antes de nuestra llegada. (2) La cama de matrimonio necesita una revisión urgente, ya que está hundida y resulta difícil descansar adecuadamente. Vi que otro huésped también lo mencionó anteriormente, así que sería ideal poder solucionarlo. (3) La puerta de la habitación principal no cierra correctamente y da al salón, si alguien se queda viendo la televisión, no puedes aislarte del ruido. (4) El mueble del baño tiene una fuga, lo que hace que lo que se guarde dentro se moje. (5) En la otra habitación, la ventana no se puede cerrar, aunque en nuestro caso no fue un gran problema por el clima, pero en otras épocas sí podría serlo. (6) El menaje de cocina es básico. Aunque funcional, añadir algunos utensilios esenciales (como un cuchillo bien afilado) sería un detalle muy apreciado.

El personal fue muy agradable. Las instalaciones, aunque no eran nuevas estaban genial. La comida estaba muy buena.
