Very very very very bad.

After you book it, the give wrong phone number on booking website/app , I had to look for the correct one on Google otherwise you can't enter the apartment for check in, the host answer is veeeery slow on booking(a day later), the whatsapp support it's not good enough, they give you a wrong link to pay for the deposit fee and they don't answer you have to manually adjust it in the browser, the room was not clean, dirty floor at entry, old wifi password setup on the table (they gift you the correct one trough whatsap) we didn't see any cleaning to the swimming pool the days you stay at, and they don't check if other people that rent the apartment are making loud at night, at some point the cleaning stuff member opened my door because the owner gave her wrong checkout date and we were inside the apartment when she entered, although was not her fault she didn't excuse for it(she literally said to the owner at the phone don't complain with me if you get bad review about that, here you are!) , but I recommend it for family that want make noise and don't get any trouble as the host don't check and don't care of anything

Not even salt ,sugar,coffre m/c. Swimming pool no privacy,building around. 10h in the morning dont know how the neighbours enter our appartment by mistake. How could they enter within our appartment with their code my wife & children where panic.Luckily did not happened at night.Building entrance code did not work.

Spacious, easy to access, comfortable

Showers leaked, only one toilet roll left. no teatowel or dishwasher tablets, pool had a dirty towel in it that was not removed for over 24 hours after I complained.

Very good— but the two things I mention need urgent attention.

It is quiet and secure. This next is a really important thing: If you need to have an apartment because you have to visit in the hospital, then it is exactly what you would want.

I was in Apartment 3. The toilet in the en-suite is not firmly attached to the floor. This is dangerous. The doors to the balcony are inexcusable. They click closed, so if you are in the apartment on your own and you are outside because you want to keep the heat in the apartment and you close the door, you could easily trap yourself and then have to rely on shouting to anyone who can hear and giving then the three codes that would be needed to come and rescue you. This is unacceptable. The least that should happen is that there are warning notices. It’s secure, sure, but it’s also dangerous.

To sum up it is nice apartment with good location.

The apartment is located in quiet street, which is bonus. Close to public transport, shops and restaurant. The walk to the centre is about 20min, which we didn’t mind.

In order to get code to apartment, the deposit must be paid, which I didn’t know. I wanted to pay deposit when I get there. Also there should be information that there is no one to meet. The apartment is in a block of, I think 8 and unfortunately, we were unlucky as there were people who party all night, so it was really loud in the night. There was even complaints from neighbours, the host did not verify which apartment and send us messages asking to be quiet. When I replay that it wasn’t us, they didn’t even bother to apologise.

Nothing like the photos

Dirty and nothing like the photographs. Appalling customer service, with a delayed response of about over 48hrs (unhelpful when you're only meant to be there for 3 days!). We didn't actually stay one night due to the cleanliness issue and contacted booking.com and the owners to complain. We didn't think the room or facilities were acceptable with our small baby.

Great flat with a lovely pool

Great little flat 30 minutes walk from the old town and shops close by. We also used the pool everyday and our daughter loved it.

The pillows and duvets didn't have covers.

Ok for a short term stay

The beds were really comfortable, air con was ideal. The outdoor area would have been nice had it been cleaner. Pool was also nice however also could have done with being cleaned,

The property is quite far from the city centre, The toilets/ showers were actually disgusting. Something must have been wrong with the plumbing as the smell out of the toilet was HORRENDOUS.

In my previous experience i have all ways had some basic some basic kitchen supplies like cooking oil and salt and pepper. But it’s just a thing which i have gotten used to. but i shouldn’t have expected that, so its not really a bad thing.

Modern apartment but lack of attention to detail

Nice modern apartment with all the amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, which is nice so you don't have to wait to use it. Within a 10 minute drive from Malaga's city centre, and has on-site parking (which is quite difficult to get into if you have a large car without scratching it on the wall as it's underground parking). The beds were nice and comfortable but the pillows weren't the best - all of the towels and linens were clean though. Private balcony with seats if you want to sit outside but the patio door didn't close fully so we had to close the blinds every time we went out for security reasons. Free WiFi and TV (mostly in Spanish) were included. The kitchen was great to use though and the heating system is very quick to come on in the winter months!

Terrible smell coming from the drains in both bathrooms that we couldn't get rid of, even after thoroughly cleaning everything. Lots of hairs on the floor of the bathrooms and bedrooms, and quite a lot of dirt in corners which is poor attention to detail. Even the air vents were full of dust which isn't nice to look at. The pull-out couch was slanted along the back and the cushions kept coming out when we sat down, the armrest was also very loose so someone hasn't put the couch together properly. The kettle didn't work so we asked for a replacement right away and were told they "would try" to bring us a new one but that never happened. The pots and pans were quite dirty as were many of the plates and bowls which should have been checked. The ceiling lights are incredibly low so even the shortest person will smack their head on it when standing up. The door is a nightmare to get into. The code works but the handle doesn't connect with the latch so you need to try at least 20 times before you actually get into the apartment. It's a very modern apartment but it needs a lot of work and attention put into it for the price you pay.

nice modern apartments - would recommend

spacious, clean, modern, easy to access supermarkets and metro for Malaga centre

lack of cutlery / crockery - even for two people. other reviews have mentioned bathroom smell- this is quite bad but we found keeping the bathroom doors shut meant the rest of the apartment didn’t smell. A little bit far from central Malaga- we didn’t mind as we enjoyed the walking but wouldn’t recommend for less able bodied.

The property was found to be very dirty on arrival with bits of food such as meat scattered across the floor. It was evident to us very quickly that the apartment was not cleaned properly. There was cigarette butts in the toilet and hairs all over the floor. The bathroom had toothpaste splashed all over the sink and tiles behind it. The air con wasn’t working properly so we were left in a roasting hot apartment for 1 week in the height of summer. We tried to contact the establishment about this issues and all most of our messages were ignored. We wanted to find other accommodation but they would not reply to our messages so we were unable to find out about a refund. The back door in the apartment was also broken and would not lock so the apartment was unsecured for the duration of our stay which made us feel very unsafe. There was lots of young groups of people partying and making a huge amount of noise which kept us awake at night. The washing machine pipe was broke and flooded the balcony every time it was used and the shower was also flooding after every use. The apartment is also about a 40 minute walk from the city centre with not many local amenities near by. I would strongly advise not to stay here. Horrified by the experience we had with LetMalaga and it ruined our holiday in Malaga.
