5 night stay in seville

It's a large apartment with a small balcony and very close to all the main attractions. The man on the receptionist was very helpful.

It's quite dark with not a lot of natural light in the bedroom, but the lounge with the balcony is quite light.

Family vacation

Communication worked well. We got password to apartment earlier, it was really nice. Three bedroom apartment had lot of space for two adults and two teenagers. Air condition didn´t work when we arrived, host came to fix it immediately. It was easy to cook in the kitchen. Balcony and a swimming pool was really nice. Apartment is close to metro station, and many food stores and restaurants.

Kichen counter was broken, and the other showers door other was stuck

Modern, cozy, but has to be renovated

The property is in a good, quiet location located close to the metro, very short distance to the center and the staff were very helpful and responsive during the whole trip.

The apartment itself is very modern, however it is very, i mean very different from the photos. The bathrooms need to be renovated, one shower head doesn't work properly, there is a problem also regulating water. The walls are very dirty, painted over, we found also many bugs in our room. Kitchen area is burnt, very poorly maintained. The A/C didn't work properly, we were hot all the time. We also asked for the cards for the pool since it was already open, but they said they will bring it to us, but we didn't get them after the whole week of the trip. Overall I feel like the apartment is nice but it must be renovated.

great size and space in the apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, good facilities

collecting the keys was difficult the instructions were poor once we located the building and it wasn't clear which was block 3 or block 7 and which key pad to use. It was then difficult to know which lift to us and where to find my room. The lady on the phone was exceptionally helpful but all I could do was call and speak to her or watch a Youtube video which was almost impossible as my phone was about to die and I had no way of charging it. Without my phone I wouldn't have been able to gain access as there was no one to greet us.

A Pleasant Stay at iLoftMalaga Ciudad de la Justicia: Great Location

The location of iLoftMalaga Ciudad de la Justicia is fantastic. It's situated just outside of Malaga, making it super convenient to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. I loved the fact that everything was a short ride away either by taxi or by Metro, which made our adventures a breeze. As for the accommodation, it was nice and provided the basics for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained (though bathrooms could use a bit of a revamp) and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Having a kitchenette and a balcony was a plus!. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience!

I did notice that the accommodation could benefit from a bit of a revamp. While everything was functional, some areas showed signs of wear and tear. A fresh coat of paint and updated bathroom showers would definitely enhance the overall ambience and guest experience. Finding the entrance was a little bit of a task, the video the host sent helped, but still took us a few mins to find the right location.

Beautiful and well decorated apartment.

The apartment hasn't the appropriate amenities which booking.com has as a requirement. No coffee maker, any, not toaster, not watter heater... The check-in is complicated. The instructions to the property lead to nowhere . The garage door cant be open using the given chip.

Wonderful accommodation. Atrocious communication.

We loved the apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and secure. It had everything we expected. The apartment was light and airy. The living room offered plenty of comfortable seating for 6 people.It was in a very good area with parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and busses close by. The area felt very safe.The photos on Booking.com were exactly as we found it to be. The balcony was a bonus to enjoy the view of the mountains. Malaga centre was approx 30 minutes by bus. By car, the airport was approx 20 minutes drive.

Communication! What communication. We didn't know where to park the car. He didn't reply to my message about what time we could have access. We didn't know where to find the key. We didn't know how to get into the car park or the apartment. We didn't know that the carpark was under the building, accessed by a very steep ramp. We didn't know that you could only park in a designated area or an angry person would come and hammer on the door! It is far too late to give us this information when my daughter is sat in an unfamiliar hire car outside the apartment. Nobody mentioned that you needed a key for the lift. Thank goodness the cleaner was still there to help her. All of this information should have been sent to us 24 hours earlier. The initial stress just wasn't fair or acceptable. To help future guests, we took photos of the outside area so they know what to expect. So, wonderful accommodation and area but atrocious communication. To be fair, when we reported that the lift key didn't work, a replacement arrived the same evening.

Nice that arrival does not require interaction between host and guest. Whats app videos are provided to guide you throught the street upto the front door and upto the appartment. This was necessary as the entry to the buildings and the right block of the appartment would be impossible to find otherwise. The access code is provided a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Nice that arrival does not require interaction between host and guest. However, the remote intercom system did not work on arrival, which meant I had to wait for 30 min outside the building for a concierge to open the door. The next days however, the intercom and access codes worked fine. The appartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The next day an additional ad hoc cleaning crew came in to clean the appartment.

Great, modern and hassle free apartment!!

Everything with the apartment was superb especially the bed, it was very comfortable. Also the keyless entry to the apartment and complex was the best. It made my experience much more hassle free and smooth. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

I wished the balcony was bigger. There was a photo on the booking.com page that displayed a large terrace on a high floor. Although when we arrived we realised it wasn’t the same apartment we booked.

The accomodation met all our expectations, having access to the parking garage was good espically as the metro line was close by.

A remote control for the garage door would have been more convenient as opposed to having a key, as my vehicle has the steering wheel on the right hand side. Gaining access would have been impossible if not someone had been exiting the building as we tried to enter. Fortunately our arrival was during office opening hours, gaining access without the office team providing a hand held guided solution, access would have been impossible.

Comodidad y amplitud.

Nos hemos alojado en este piso ya en varias ocasiones, y hemos notado mejoría en el mantenimiento respecto a la última vez en cuanto a la limpieza. Es un piso amplio y cómodo. La calefacción funcionó muy bien.

Faltan algunas piezas de menaje, las solicitamos y nos las facilitaron rápidamente. En mi opinión nos faltaron toallas de lavabo, ya que sólo entregaron dos para cuatro personas. No hay toallero para las toallas de mano y para las de baño, sólo en uno de ellos. Eso resulta un poco incómodo, ya que las toallas no se secan bien y quedan mojadas para el siguiente uso.

Un lugar especial donde encontrar el equilibrio entre el mundo de dentro y de fuera. Remanso de paz.

Me gustó mucho la energía de la casa, el espacio, la limpieza, la decoración. Las vistas me encantaron, las habitaciones y baños muy bien. La ubicación algo lejos del centro pero un barrio muy tranquilo con buenos restaurantes y el supermercado cerca. Una zona muy relajada para sentirte en calma y concentrada si sales por un viaje de formación.

La mesa de la cocina con imperfecciones, la encimera algo rajada, no había suficientes cucharitas pequeñas. Una llave electrónica no funcionó y usamos 2, siendo 3 personas que llegamos a diferentes horarios a casa.

Mauvaise expérience

L’emplacement.

le logement était infesté de punaises de lit. Après seulement deux nuits, j’ai eu des dizaines de piqûres sur tout le corps, c’était un véritable cauchemar. Le pire, c’est qu’après avoir signalé le problème, l’hôte n’a remboursé qu’une seule nuit et nous a tout simplement mis dehors pour la dernière nuit, sans aucune aide ni solution alternative proposée. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls, ce qui est inadmissible quand on paie pour un service censé être fiable et sécurisé. Un logement dans cet état ne devrait même pas être proposé à la location. Je déconseille fortement tant que le problème n’a pas été traité par des professionnels et que la gestion des clients ne s’améliore pas.

Después del impase del primer día , todo muy bien

Era cómodo , seguro y en buen barrio , con mucho markets , buenos restaurantes y facilidades para el metro y bus que te llevan al centro y ala playa en minutos

Muy mal explicado el primer día para el ingreso de personas y del vehículo , perdimos como 3 horas , al final gracias a los vecinos pudimos ingresar al edificio , a los ascensores para finalmente llegar al dpto ( felizmente el código del ingreso al dpto si estaba bien )

Niente di speciale

La casa si trova in un complesso con piscina in un quartiere residenziale ordinato e pulito con molti servizi nei dintorni. La linea del bus subito sotto casa, la metro a 5 minuti e il parcheggio nella struttura sono tra le cose migliori

Abbiamo prenotato per 6 persone ma la casa non è equipaggiata per tali numeri. Il divano letto in sala non può considerarsi affatto utilizzabile come letto, anzi tutt'altro. La pulizia non è eccellente. La cucina è spaziosa ma fornita di sole stoviglie e pentolame. Il wifi è molto lento Host assenti che operano da remoto
