The fact that there is one bathroom for 6 people. And just one fan that is working for 3 rooms ! That’s nonsense!

It had everything we needed except the most important thing in this HOT SUMMER: the Fan

The property owner said it had 3 fans, one each room. I arrived and cleaned the fans, it was SO DIRTY, impossible to use it, then we try to turn it on and two wasn’t working. It was 5 people in the apartment, 3 of us had to sleep in one room which the wind was blowing a little more, but it was really hard to sleep. We send a message the next day saying that the fans wasn’t working and he said that he would buy two for us, but then he didn’t and never said anything anymore, we send texts but never responded back, A LACK OF RESPECT. The apartment was REALLY DIRTY. I had to clean everything for us to use, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the floor was like in years of no use. It also, didnt had the capsule for the dishwasher, but we refused to hand wash the dirty dishes, we just puted in the dishwasher and well, he who resolves himself, if he thought we were washing ALL, no way. The neighborhood is a little weird, the smell is awful, it’s not a bad location, but it’s weird. Two of the rooms, the windows was in front to a weird balcony and anyone could come there, its a little dangerous, i mean, the windowns dont really close, so... ya. I´ve seen some commens here and it looks that the owner just dont care about the people renting, a lot of people saying about the fans, so it happend to a LOT OF PEOPLE. And he just say some lame excuse that hes gonna buy the fans. BULLSHIT. DON´T RENT THIS APARTMENT GUYS, its not worth it, for your sake.
