I wouldnt prefer to stay again

The house was divided into three rooms and each room has toilet and kitchen. We thought that we had the entire place at the beginning. It is on the second gloor and no elevator. Also, the neighboorhood was really loud

I wouldn’t stay there if I came back to malaga

The bed was comfy the location was good

The apartment is a lot smaller than I expected the window shades didn’t go down so I didn’t sleep well but the worst part was the broken kitchen sink wich flooded the place whenever I wanted to wash some dishes I contacted the owner he told me that he would send someone to fix it but he didn’t

Bed was comfortable.

Very poor in responding to booking.com chat. Did not respond prior to arrival or after repeated texting. Did not provide any information proactively. No check in. No reception. No parking information in advance. Apartment is very small. Many facilities equipment not working.

Water came out of the taps

This is one large apartment that has been poorly converted into 3 tiny apartments. Bathroom and shower doors didn't close properly, trim hanging off, large screws protruding into the wardrobe, etc. Shower drained so slowly I had to turn the water off halfway through otherwise the pan would overflow. There were no batteries in the tv remote and the ones in the AC remote died. Host said he'd provide new ones, then forgot to tell me where he'd left them until the last day. Opened the AC to turn it off manually and the filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. Black mold in the bedroom. I'm only giving it 3/10 because the host was very apologetic, otherwise it would be 2 at best.The area is OK, with plenty of free parking around. About 25 minute walk to historic center of Malaga. Way overpriced for what it was.

modern apartment fully equipped

Modern studio, super clean and fully equipped. Everything you would need is in there, even a washing machine. Free parking places around, 20 min walk to the center. Carlos, the host, was very helpful

Good location and a reasonable place for 1 night. Quite small and tight, but we were only staying overnight. The property agent was very helpful - very easy to reach, excellent communication.

Could have done with more pillows and some comfortable chairs.

Good value for the money.

it is a good value for the money, the furniture are new, the bathroom is specious and comfortable. We wanted to leave our bags before 4p.m. so the owner gave us the key earlier and he let us leave our luggage for a 10 euro fee 🙃

the bedroom is rather small, the location is not really the best, the streets around the block look a bit suspicious at night, but we never had problems.

The apartment was much more smaller than on the photos. Cigarette smoke smelled all over the bedroom, couldn't barely sleep because of it. It felt very uncomfortable, expecially in colder weather when opening windows were not a good option. Hairdryer does not work.

it was clean and the location was good. parking outside was free.

It could have been better kitted out. there was only one mug so we had to take turns having a coffee, no bread knife, no tea towels and the shower is one of those you have to hold the handset as there is no rail on the wall. all fairly minor faults to be fair....,

the communication with the host and check in procedure were very easy. there were parking spaces available just in front of the apartment.

it is extremely small and looks a bit different than on the pictures. the shower cabin is not comfortable and the door was broken

2 days on Malaga

Carlos a great host who went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. Great apartment . Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed my stay.

I was unable to get the apartment that I had booked due to a faulty toilet. I was given a other choice and, although fruther from my original booking, this worked out better for me as I was nearer the old town and minutes from the port. No complaints here.

Very pleasant stay for very fair price

-Even if this is a studio, the bedroom is separate. The bed is very comfortable, especially after walking around all day. - The kitchen is large for a studio and well equipped (although we “cooked” only toast and coffee) - Easy to park in front of the building or very close by. - Very easy check-in and check-out and very prompt communication with our host. - Orange trees all around and the smell of orange flowers in the air.

-Cleaning in the kitchen (especially the cabinets) should be more thorough. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t dirty, but could have been better. There were many cleaning products in the house and someone charges 15 euro for cleaning so…get the job done properly. -I have to agree with previous commenters who said that windows are very thin and sound-through. I always travel with some foam ear plugs so for me was no big issue. -Some cabinets are locked, maybe Jack Sparrow has hidden his treasures there :)))
