- La limpieza y el gusto por el detalle y la bonita decoración y mobiliario. - La excelente atención y amabilidad del anfitrión, solucionando todos mis requerimientos. - Muy bien comunicada por autobús. - En algunos puntos ha superado mis expectativas. Muy bien dotado de electrodomésticos, algunos los he estrenado durante mi estancia.
- La puerta de acceso me ha hecho sentir un poco insegura. Habría preferido una más robusta, al estar a pie de calle. - Estaría mejor que el dormitorio tuviera una puerta de separación del salón. - Con perdón: papel higiénico de más calidad.
