The location is undoubtedly one of this accommodation's strongest points. Being in the Cruz del Humilladero / Los Tilos area, you'll be just steps from everything:
María Zambrano Train Station (Vialia) and Bus Station: Less than a 10-minute walk.
Larios Shopping Centre: A short stroll away, with a multitude of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Málaga's Historic Centre: About a 20-25 minute walk (or 10 minutes by public transport), where the iconic Calle Larios, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and the Alcazaba await.
Huelin / San Andrés Beach: About a 15-20 minute walk to enjoy the coast and savor some delicious espetos (grilled sardines) at the local beach bars.
From the Airport: You can take the Cercanías commuter train (Line C1) or the Express Bus (Line A), which will drop you off at the María Zambrano Bus Station, right next to the building.
Train/AVE: If you arrive by train, you'll only have to walk a few minutes to the building entrance.
Metro: The nearest metro stops are La Unión and El Perchel, which provide quick connections to the rest of Málaga.
City Bus: Just a few meters away, you'll find several bus lines that take you directly to the historic center and the beaches in the eastern part of the city (such as La Malagueta).
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
