Good, modern apartment

Easy arrival instructions. Elevator available. Modern flat, spacious living area, lots of closet space, good lighting. Good WiFi. I was very happy to have a desk! And a desk lamp. I was on the top floor (5th floor, and there is a shared rooftop terrace above) and the only unit on the floor. This is so unique, and I loved the privacy and no noise from neighbours above or beside. The kitchen has a three-burner stove, microwave, kettle, Moka coffee-maker, toaster, juicer and immersion blender. (I added a bread knife and veg peeler.) The shower is a good size, and water pressure is good; a shelf is needed in the stall. The washing machine is small capacity, so laundering sheets and bath towels would be cumbersome, and they might not dry by evening, although there is a drying rack. Comfortable sofa, some artwork on the walls. Sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living room. I added a few more clothes hangers - there were only six provided. The windows face north, so it doesn’t get as hot inside. Good-quality windows close out the street sounds, and metal blinds can be made blackout (use the black band on the right side of the window). There is an air-conditioner/heater, which I did not need to use in Jan-Feb. High-quality door and locks. Recycling is not promoted, but bins are on nearby streets. On the final couple of days of my stay, there was drilling and construction noise outside on the street, making the building vibrate.

No shampoo or shower gel; only four small rolls of toilet paper for 30 days No English TV channels. No check-ins by host or offer of change of sheets and towels during the month. The motion-sensor light at the front entrance is faulty, turns on and off continuously.

Very spacious and very good facilities. Was spotless upon arrival and was very simple instructions to receive the key, as there is no front desk

20/25 minute walk to historic centre, which is not too bad in the morning but after a long day of sightseeing/activities it is tougher!

Spacious and well stocked

Huge apartment! Got the entire 5th floor to ourselves so it felt nice and private. Great kitchen and a real bonus to have a washing machine and drying rack. We enjoyed eating breakfast up on the rooftop terrace.

Bed was very uncomfortable (hard and springy) and it is at least a 20 min walk from anything worth seeing or going to.

A very nice and pleasant stay, the price definitely matched expectations.

I liked that everything was easy to find and understandable. There was no need to worry about any problems upon arrival. When arriving at the accommodation, everything was clean and tidy, everything easy to find and pleasant to stay in.

There were evenings when, after 11 PM, loud door slamming could be heard, which slightly disturbed sleep. Perhaps a suggestion would be to improve the door closing mechanisms to reduce the noise.

the terrace, very clean, we had every tool we needed to cook, to iron. AC working well. close to supermarkets, easy access to the city centre or beaches by bus.

we stayed at floor 0. this means, every night we heard every one that came in or out of the building. the door for the apartment always trembled when someone got in or out of the building. it was very difficult to open the door to the apartment. one night, at 2 pm we had a couple ringing our bell repeatedly to enter the building, as they did not have all the information to enter their apartment.

Body hair in the shower, no shampoo, you have to buy your own coffee pods, outside city center

The apartment is big and you can separate the kitchen area with the rest.

- I found body hair in the shower and there is no shampoo (at least say that in the reservation so that people take it from home) - there's a coffee machine but there are no pods - when I asked the owner to help me with that, he didn't care at all. Horrible level of communication - outside city center (25 minutes walk)

Das es Nachts geknackt hat und man nicht wusste, woher das Geräusch kam. Das die Haupteingangstür immer geöffnet war, weil der Riegel am Schloss draußen war. Wir hatten nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel, aber leider keinen Schlüssel für die Haupteingangstür.

Хороша і простора квартира, де є все необхідне. Поряд є магазини. До автостанції пішки 30 хвилин. Краще скористатись автобусом. На 6-му поверсі є дуже гарна тераса спільного користування. Хороший інтернет.

Мені, як мешканці України, було важко внести депозит через систему "Swlkly", тому що ця система не працює з Україною, тобто з жодною картою України неможливо підтвердити той депозит. Це було для мене стресом і нервами, щоб врегулювати це питання. Не завжди господарі реагують на текст в воцапі, коли є труднощі. Ви з своїми проблемами залишитесь без підтримки і гнучкості вирішення ситуації.

Lo único, alguna balda de los armarios habría que revisarlas, porque las sujecciones están debiles. Las lamparas encima de la mesa de la cocina no funcionaban bien (una fundida y las otras dos parpadean). Las sillas de la mesa del salón tienen los tornillos flojos y se mueven.

El departamento es realmente hermoso, estaba impecable cuando llegamos. Las camas son súper cómodas y se descansa muy bien. La ubicación también está muy bien: no está en el centro, pero hay paradas de bus muy cerca que te conectan con todos lados. Además, la zona es súper tranquila, ideal para relajarse. Lo recomiendo 100 %.

Hubiera venido bien un ventilador de techo en el dormitorio. Las almohadas eran demasiado planas y bajas. En el baño, faltaba la toalla de manos. En la cocina, hubiera venido bien disponer de más trapos de cocina.

Geweldig! Zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Het was ruim, mooi, schoon en heel comfortabel. Het buitenplekje op het dakterras was heerlijk om lekker te kunnen ontbijten.

Er was niks dat niet beviel. Alles was top. We vonden het soms alleen wel spannend om na het stappen laat in de avond terug te lopen. Raden daarom aan om dit met een taxi/uber te doen.

Bardzo ładny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzowany. Wystrój mieszkania nowoczesny, bardzo przyjemnie się mieszkalo. Wszystko co potrzebne, było na miejscu. Do centrum miasta 25 min. spacerkiem. Dojazd z lotniska kolejką i autobusem, bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy. Sklepy za rogiem. Pomimo okien wychodzących na ulicę, mieszkanie bardzo ciche. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, byliśmy godzinę wcześniej i bez problemu mogliśmy się zameldować.

Große, saubere und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Lage: Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum, ist aber durch mehrere Buslinien sehr gut angebunden. Parkplätze gibt es sehr wenig und trotzdem haben wir jeden Abend einen in der Nähe gefunden. Man muss mit etwas Geduld etwas suchen. Zu Fuß benötigt man ins Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten und zum Hafen ca. 20-25 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und unzählige (gute) Restaurants, Tapas-Bars, Grillrestaurants, Bars und Frühstückslokale. Der Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man das typische Malaga abseits der Touristenströme erlebt. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber gewesen. Ansonsten ist der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter reibungslos verlaufen.

Ausstattung: Leider fehlt es ihr etwas an Ausstattung. 3 Wassergläser, ein wenig Besteck und nicht mal ein Geschirrhandtuch. Da gibt es etwas Potential. Die Eingangs- und Badtür hat sehr geknarrt. Die Kaffeemaschine nutzt ein spezielles Pad- oder Kapselsystem, welche man nicht mal eben zur Hand hat. Hier wäre es toll, wenn ein paar Kapseln zur Ausstattung dazugehören würden. Die Matratze ist sehr weich gewesen.

- geamul nu se inchidea in partea de sus, asa ca in living a fost galagie de la sosea -comunicarea cu proprietatea nu a fost prea eficienta, am sunat de 3 ori, dar nimeni nu mi-a raspuns, le-am lasat mesaje pe whats app, fara raspuns. Singurul loc in care am putut comunica a fost chatul din Booking, dar si acolo raspunsul lor venea foarte greu.
