Communicatie was online perfect, geven snel een antwoord! Behulpzaam. Alleen parkeren was een ramp we zijn daar paar dgn blijven overnachten en ieder keer was het een drama met parkeren. We deden gerust soms tussen 45 min en 60 min over om een parkeerplek te vinden. Je hebt ook parkeergarages in de buurt maar voor ons was het niet tedoen vanwege hoge dakkoffer, maar hieraan zijn ook kosten aan verbonden. Appartement is helaas ook ver van de strand en boulevard. Er werd ook verbouwd buiten daarvan waren we ook niet op de hoogte gesteld. Al heel vroeg in de ochtend was elke dag heel veel herrie. Appartement voelde veilig, schoon en fijn! Alles aanwezig wat je nodig je hebt, echt een plaatje. Tip voor de beheerder ; vermeld op Booking betreft parkeren en als er verbouwd wordt. Hele steile trap in de woonkamer waarbij je even moet wennen! Maar dat is oké Betreft afstand tot de zee dat wisten we zelf al. Betreft kosten en kwaliteit is het prima in verhouding. Communicatie, echt een dikke 10 Veel kleine winkels in de buurt en ook eetplekken tot laat open! Dat is Spanje HEERLIJK

Parkeren en bouwwerkzaamheden waarvan we niet op de hoogte waren

Apartment was a good size for 2 people. Very quiet at night. Bed comfortable. Bonus to have full kitchen and many utensils/pans & crockery. Due to time of year it was cool on an evening but the aircon unit has a heat setting (use the sun setting as no instructions in apartment). Instructions into apartment excellent and great communication. Clean communal areas and good lift. Walk to Maria Zambrano station approx 30 minutes. You can get the bus into the city outside the apartment (C1) but it does go around the houses a bit, so duration approx 15-20 minutes.

Apartment interior a little tired - bedding and sofa needs a refresh. We slept downstairs and on first make of bed, pulled the beds seperate and something fell down the middle that wasn't ours so unclear if this was the cleaner's or if the beds hadn't been fully changed - we'd expect both beds to be made fresh whether slept in or not. Outside area was a shared space which we hadn't realised from the description - seating went from 2-3 chairs (a further chair broken in the corner) and 2 mornings there was cigarette ash all over the outside bistro table. Bathroom could do with a bit of attention as toilet seat loose. Although it is quite clear on location we felt a bit too tucked away, there was very little around on an evening as regards restaurants (some of the suggested weren't open at around 6pm) - we expected a few more so we ate in as supermarkets close by (hob a bit temperamental, oven and grill ok, small capacity kettle needs a descale). BE AWARE: there are extensive roadworks underway in the direct and close vicinity as of Feb 26 and these do not show on Google maps clearly. They did not affect our sleep but will be ongoing during the day.

El apartamento es bastante nuevo y amplio

El acceso a la habitación de la entreplanta era muy empinado, pero ya lo sabíamos antes de ir. Lo que menos me gustó es la zona en la que se ubica, bastante lejos del centro

La cocina estaba bien equipada .

El apartamento olía muchísimo a cerrado, y estaba algo sucio, mucho polvo sobretodo detrás del sofá y detrás de la cama, las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura. Las almohadas hay que lavarlas entre Huesped y Huesped.. La escalera para subir a uno de los dormitorios no cumple ninguna normativa de seguridad y es muy incómoda.
