The Location was good for us..Nearby there is a huge mall (Carrefour)..some other stores too

After sightseeing in Malaga it was great to come back to this comfortable apartment.

Location was excellent, very close to the metro station and a large supermarket. There was a very good bakery/cafe below the building with all sorts of dishes. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant.

the location was perfect, it was spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully kitted ,near to the metro and with plenty of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarket nearby.

Bad

The onwer doesnt understand-speak english. Very bad sleeping conditions in the living room. Visitors could use 2-3 electrical appl . at the same time. The aircondition hasnt a remote control. Very far away from the main attractions of Malaga.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay very much! We definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone, it is also suitable for long stays - it has all for holidays and also for work. Excellent parking, large terrace, nearby is a taxi station - right in frot of Mercadona supermarket. To gibralfaro we paid for taxi 12€. There is also a bus stop in front of the accommodation, buses go frequently and directly to the Malaga center - it takes about 20 minutes for about 1,20€. There is also a metro station nearby. Sea with beautiful sandy beach is about 1 km. We enjoyed also restaurants in the area (3 min walk)an Italian one and two with seafood. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped, the bathroom is spacious. The air conditioning is efficient - which we appreciated every day. Miguel is very nice, he walked us from parking to the apartment. He has also fine-tuned such details as online page with tips for trips.

Clean, spacious apartment with everything you need close to Metro

+ Nice host with very quick replies to messages + Very spacious apartment and well-equipped kitchen (even with induction cooking plates) + Spotlessly clean throughout the whole apartment + Reliable WiFi

- location is quite a bit outside the city center (in a quiet residential area within easy driving distance of the airport) but within 5 min walking distance to a metro station - it didn't bother us at all but just to be aware in case proximity to the city center is important for you

My communication with Miguel even before arrival was wonderful. We were attending a tournament at the stadium around the corner and before arrival we were assured that the apartment was close. It is very close. The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need. Keyed entry into the building and into the portal. Great bedroom with one queen sized bed and in the living room, a sleeper sofa which was also very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. The owner was on the ball and responded rapidly with any concerns (I flipped the switch causing the water heater to turn off). It is a bit outside of the center of Malaga but the neighborhood it is in is great. Immediately next door to the building entrance is a cafe/coffee shop which was open all day and had great service and food.

Es war bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt und kann es nur empfehlen. Die U Bahn Station ist wenige Minuten entfernt und in paar Stationen ist man in der Stadt. Wenn man jedcoh gerne (länger) zu Fuss unterwegs ist, so wie ich.....geht man einfach den Strand entlang. Auch der Supermarkt ist gefühlt ums Eck. Ich mag die Gegend einfach. Das Appartment war Top und Balkonsitzungen genütlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Neben dem Gebäude das Cafe Canasta für den morgentlichen Kaffe oder Frühstück oder Süssspeise bis in den späten Abend. Zum Wohlfühlen und nicht so mitten in der Stadt

Un alojamiento súper cómodo para disfrutar y descansar. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Un parking en el propio edificio de muy fácil acceso y amplio. La urbanización a la que pertenece el apartamento es genial con muy buen ambiente de piscina comunitaria y descanso!

Perfekt für ein Familienurlaub.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker , eine Apotheke , verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zum Beispiel die Mercadonna, Lidl und Burger King usw. Für die Kinder war ein großer Park in der Nähe mit Spielplätzen. Zum Stand ist man in 7 Minuten hin gelaufen.

La ubicacion es bastante practica ya que hay tiendas, supermercados, hosteleria, farmacias, centros Quiron..... todo a un paso. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una instancia agradable y comoda, asi como la atencion de la anfitriona que ha sido de 10.

Nos alojamos en este encantador piso y quedamos completamente satisfechos. La limpieza impecable y el orden nos impresionaron desde el inicio. Está bien amueblado, con una cocina equipada a tope. La habitación es cómoda con una cama algo blanda para mi pero a lo mejor soy especial. Los detalles en la decoración añaden un toque acogedor. El aparcamiento incluido fue muy conveniente para estar tranquilo. Los anfitriones fueron amables y la chica de la empresa responsable siendo su primer día de trabajo fue muy atenta. Este piso es altamente recomendable para quien busque comodidad y una cálida hospitalidad.
