Excellent. Stylish and secluded. We'll come back!
Great location, secluded and peaceful. Easy access to Ambleside by car (it is walkable along a main road). The house is very thoughtfully curated. Interior decor is lovely - lots of stylish individual touches and soft furnishings. Beds exceptionally comfy - we slept like logs. Great quality bedding and accessories. Hot tub was brilliant - sadly being winter we couldn't fully make use of the terrace but imagine it will be perfect in the warmer months. Kitchen very well equipped, everything you need if you're planning to cook (even had a hand blender!). Hosts were terrific, responsive, helpful and polite. We would definitely return.
The outside entrance area, especially the storage section needs a bit of TLC. The hot tub area needs some mats which the hosts said they would attend to and offered an interim solution - thank you.

Beautiful cottage near Ambleside, recommended!
Beautiful cottage! So comfortable, lovely furnishings. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Large kitchen with everything you could need Beautiful hot tub, we were there in winter, but I imagine the large terrace area would be wonderful in the summer Luxurious living room, lots of seating, just perfect! Great communication with the owners!
It was difficult to find the exact entrance in the dark, a light over the sign on the gatepost would be helpful

Such a gorgeous gem in Ambleside. Peaceful and relaxing; best to stargaze while in the hot tub.
Amenities were modern and all rooms were clean. Very spacious and quiet location even if near the road. Amazing hosts. Well managed property.
