We loved the rural setting!

This property is basically a working farm, with cows, goats, chickens and bunnies. Patsch is the nearest small town and it is about 15 minutes out of Innsbruck. You have to have a car to stay here, but we really enjoyed the change after staying in the bustle of a few city centers. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, well decorated and has spectacular views of the mountains! It was fantastic to have coffee on the deck with a view of the countryside. We appreciated the coffee, tea and condiments that were supplied. There are stairs to get to the apartment but they are well lit and easy to navigate.

Please note the apartment is not air conditioned. We stayed in September and the evenings cooled off so it wasn’t a problem.

A lot of space in the apartament, well equipped and clean. Fantastic owner :) The shop with local products to buy in the property - also homemade beer! Worth trying👌

If you are very sensitive while sleeping the highway is nearby so you can hear it.

A very cosy, comfortable and clean place. The rooms were very spacious and light. The whole place was stylish furnitured and functional. Beautiful views at the mountainous from the rooms. Very friendly and helpful host.

Excellent!

The place is absolutely wonderful, cozy and relaxing. There are a couple of very good dining options nearby and easy access to Innsbruck. Absolutely worth it and we'definitely be back.

We had a great stay

Great location. We went there for skiing and traveling around Innsbruck. It's just a couple minutes by car to nearest ski resort and just couple minutes to Innsbruck. Property is amazing, furniture looks brand new and high quality. Hosts are awesome as well as the place where the property is situated. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Wifi was a bit slow, but it works. Microwave would be handy but there are a lot of other appliances that can substitute. Also, if you take a bad route by car, you gotta pay small toll to enter the route to Patsch, just 3 eur, but something to be aware of.

I took my mother here for a nice quiet trip to Austria, it was exactly what i wanted and expected.

This was a self catering location, there is a small bio shop on the premise with most things could need for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. There is an old fashioned hotel/restaurant up the road with tradition food, good for a quiet dinner.. Beds are nice and bathroom is new and the shower is excellent. Good internet and tv with all the extras you would need. Try the fresh bread, or some of the other things on offer. This location is also a small working farm so you may see and hear some animals

after you leave the toll station and drive around the bend it will then be a sharp left that may not seem like a road but is, watch out for oncoming traffic(weird road). once you've done it once it'll be easy.

정말 깨끗하고 친절하고 넓고 말할나위 없이 좋았어요 그리고 위치가 진짜 최고에요 숙소에서 숙소밖에서 어디서든 보든 풍경이 그림자체입니다 진짜 보고 뜨악하고 입이 벟어쟜어요 숙소아래 무인매점이 있어 너무 편했어요

일단 차가 없으면 갈수없는 단점이 있고 미리 가기전에 맵을 보고확인하지 않으면 차가 들어가는 입구를 찾기 어려울수 있어요 저흰 물론 잘 찾아갔지만,,(미리 지도를 봤거든요) 그리고 무인매점이 현금만 받으니까 거스름돈을 거슬러받지못하게되있어서 불편했어요 돈에 맞추어 사야하니까 그것도 좀 그렇더라구요

Assolutamente consigliato

Appartamento moderno e spazioso in ottima posizione, in un paesino tra le montagne a 10 minuti da Innsbruck in auto. Vista sulle montagne spettacolare. Pochi contatti con la famiglia che gestisce l'appartamento ma sempre disponibili quando necessario.

Cucina forse un po' piccola soprattutto per i gruppi più numerosi che necessitano di cucinare, anche se per noi non è stato un problema. Non un difetto ma un consiglio: se si prende l'autostrada per andare e tornare da Innsbruck bisogna pagare ogni volta un pedaggio di 3€, si può evitare questa spesa inutile passando per i paesini e mettendoci lo stesso tempo.

Para repetir sin duda

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy cómodo. Las camas muy cómodas y las vistas a la montaña desde el apartamento son espectaculares Dejaron juguetes para los niños y eso les alegró mucho la estancia. La anfitriona se mostró muy amable y servicial.

Por poner algún pero está un poco retirado de innsbruck pero yendo con coche no es ningún problema y en 10 minutos estás en la ciudad
