Brilliant location and we looked out the window at the Colosseum, just like the photo on the site. Close to so many amazing places to visit, and also to the train/metro station, so it was very visitor-friendly. So many restaurants and cafes at the door. Very narrow bathroom but spotlessly clean. Remote door opening app could be temperamental but it got us in and out. Everything you need!
Door app mostly worked, but once we had to rely on another tenant to show us how to get it to open the door. I was travelling with a friend, so we only had the one app, so one 'key'.

I loved the view and the location.
The smell of sewage, which I know it common. Often made me very nauseous in the morning.

Beautiful location and close to busses trams and a metro. Some lovely trattoria's and restaurants in the area. Room nice and spacious. Check in and out and coming and going is very easy.
Not well cleaned. Wife spent the entire time with severe allergies due to the amount of dust under the sleeper couch (as well as finding an (unused) diaper under there). Some spare toilet paper in the rooms would be nice. Airconditioning struggled to work but helped.l in the 35 degree weather.
