Absolutely fabulous accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, a short walk from the metro and the colosseum area, along with plenty of places to eat.
The self check in process was easy to understand and perfect for us as we were arriving late,
The host was absolutely lovely, we only got the opportunity to chat with her for a short while as we were leaving but she is so friendly and welcoming.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it was a great place to come back to and rest after some intense sight seeing!

The location is excellent and super safe, close to every where and famous restaurants, all staff are really nice and welcoming (eg. prepare coffee), room is clean and has all the stuff we need!!
Valeria is so sweet and helpful, she sends me detailed information about check-in and how to collect my key before I reach, gave me the Google map list that she made about best places to eat and visit. She also helps us switch to a superior room for free as someone cancelled it. We had such a wonderful living experience here. Will definitely come here if visit Rome again!!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything but just out of the crowds to be quiet which is honestly what you want! Now I like a crowd but we were in Rome at Xmas and you actually couldn’t move because the crowds were so thick. This way we got to walk in and walk back to our amazing room. It’s situated in an historical building which is very cool. The bed was very comfortable, room and hot water super warm. I am really glad I stayed here and just to walk out and have the Colosseum at the end of your street! Priceless! Yes stay here it’s great!
